The location was acceptable, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I specifically booked and paid extra for a sea-view room, but upon arrival my brother was given a completely different room with a poor view. When I contacted the hotel, the staff initially tried to deny that I had booked a sea-view room. After I sent proof of my reservation, they changed their story and claimed that all sea-view rooms were fully occupied. If the sea-view rooms were unavailable, why did they accept and confirm my reservation? It appears they sold the room we paid for to someone else while keeping our money. We repeatedly asked them to move us to the correct room, but they refused and showed no interest in solving the problem. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or offering any solution, they ignored our concerns and even hung up the phone during our conversation. We paid for a premium room but received an inferior one. This is misleading, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend that future guests be very careful when booking this hotel, as there is no guarantee you will receive the room you actually paid for.

A special thank you to the receptionists, Manel and Abd Allah, who were always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable.

alot of construction in the hotel and outside the hotel, there is building new constructions make alot of noise.

Great location. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious. Breakfast was excellent and far better than advertised. Staff were courteous and professional. The hotel did not provide free parking as advertised, which caused confusion at the time of check-in. There is at least one club across the street that will blast music until around 1am on weekends.

The hotel was in the prime location with excess to all the activity. The room was average. There was broken lamp, furniture was to old, bathroom shower area was dirty.

Location is excellent but was tricky to find and off the main road, but overall wasn't terrible to check in. Staff was very pleasant and helpful with all requests. Wifi speed was good for what is expected. Bathroom cleanliness was sub-par. some mold and shower was a bit unclean. General room was clean enough though. Breakfast wasn't great, could do a lot better with some more options and some fresh food versus fruit and vegetables which seemed to have been cut a day or so beforehand.

The location is very good Breakfast was included..but quality of food is not good. No tissues in the room! No iron..only ironing facilities which you have to pay for.

Exceptional

No ventilation system in the bathroom, electricity issues in the second bedroom, quite noisy during the evening as there is a cafe next to the hotel.
