The room was too small for my liking

Friendly staff (and many thanks to Erdal who was of great help to me!! Especially for this tired tourist.). The hotel was in a good location to walk to my meeting point for my Sumela Monastery tour transport, and on my final day for taking a dolmus to Ataturk Pavilion (I also walked in the quiet neighborhood by the Pavilion). Plus the hotel is so close to the airport. I slept well! They have breakfast included, the hotel has traditional decor with authentic architectural features, and was very clean. I noticed they have an outdoor area with tables but the weather was wet and cool so I believe that is for the warmer months. I booked the discounted room so a tall person may not like the slanted roofline (especially in the bathroom). It is an easy walk to the town center where there are restaurant choices, and I also walked down to a park by the Sea which was a beautiful and pleasant before catching dinner. I rated this hotel high because of the overall value which was perfect for my needs. People in town and my tour guides were familiar with the hotel. Thanks Erdal for all of your help, your English was perfect and I am glad I talked to you so you could also share some of your background including that of basketball management (these conversations are the things that make travel interesting)! I would suggest fresh coffee being available if possible instead of instant. I saw the coffee makers but perhaps they were for the busy season.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything is clean. Nice towels and bed linen. The location is close enough to the old town and the waterfront. Very small room. I sometimes hit the ceiling in the bathroom.

Cleaning is not good enough

Staff were very helpful, very friendly and kind. Loved the history of the building! Enjoyed the breakfast, The room was small but very comfortable, loved the view from the room.

Everything was great. Clean, cosy, close to the city center, friendly people at the reception.

Location in 3 minutes from the central maydan. Very comfortable if you plan to visit Sum ela or Uzungol. Unbelievable good for 2-3 days traveling Everything was good only room on the last floor was not for tall men.

Location , staff, and breakfast. Rooms are very small and cellar in bathroom (last floor) so low so every time you hit your head.. There is no voice isolation like you can hear others music or foot steps in next rooms .. Wifi connection was very weak .. I think the prices are high also .. Thank you ..

the room was very small. the bathroom was also very small with low ceiling. breakfast startts at 07.30. the day before i told the guy in the reception that i want to leave early and he told me i can get a basic breakfast at 07.00. but when i came in 07.00 there was no body to give food and the guy in the reception ( different guy from the previous day) said i can only get breakfast at 07.30. so i left without any breakfast. the hoteli10 minutes from the center. next time i will definitely take one in the center
