The location was near the main square. Overall facilities were not good. On our first day the toilet didn't work - it couldn't be flushed. The refrigerator was not working properly (but it's good that they had it). The beds were quite small and solid. They could really really improve the cleanliness of their rooms (walls, floor of the shower) and towels. Also, it was quite noisy outside even at night.

The hotel is quite old, but they have almost everything guest wants in the room. Some staff should speak English better but it's not a big issue. they can communicate to guest.

the room was not comfortable — the bed was broken and tilted, and the bathroom and shower doors were difficult to open. When I asked to extend my stay for three more days, they tried to charge me more than the price listed on Booking, which forced me to change the hotel.

Sewage smell, the room is not that clean, the furniture is very old, some of the staff members are not that friendly, overall cleanliness is poor, you cant open the windows due to the very busy and noisy neighborhood

Shower doors wouldn't close. Wifi was a bit erratic.

One man working there was particularly rude. There was a leak in our bathroom and our fridge barely worked. The room smelled like an ashtray.

The location is fantastic - right in the heart of the city, close to Meydan Square. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel, with dolmuş going to many parts of the city. Breakfast is served in portions, but it’s tasty and filling. That said, the staff are very helpful and accommodating - they even changed our room after we had already taken a shower upon arrival. The rooms would benefit from a renovation, as the furniture and decor feel a bit dated.
