TS Park Hotel

I like thw distance Very old ans load music under it pub they don’t stop before 2:00am and the room is vibrating from it!!

Clean. Staff are friendly and helpful No elevator. I was on 3rd floor, but staff help me to transfer my luggage.

Nothing to say good about this place except the housekeeper were very tentive I like their honest toward the work plus I lost my green sweat shirt my daughter went back to check the housekeeper team did gave her the sweat green shirt thanks to them There was a receptionist his name was Osman was extremely rude to me also with my language because I spoke with English. ....his English was bad plus was offended by me , because was sarcastic about his English, but I wasn't plus I talked to him in the phone regarding was in my room whole time because I have knee injury so I decided to check out earlier, his communication skills was totally zero toward me so he hang up on me by the phone this is my first to meet such rude person like him

There was no elevator , we stayed at third level using stairs!!

Everything. Perfect hotel right on the main square. Super comfortable room and wonderful breakfast, with view of the square.

Location was brilliant. Right at the Meydan Park. Breakfast was basic but good enuf. Room was very functional and decently spacious. We were driving a rented car and the parking was somewhere away form the hotel. The staff. were always there for take it from us, form the hotel front reception and similarly alwys got it fro us whenever we wanted. Well, there could have been a lift !! But not really a problem. The hotel is right at Meydan park. So, you could hear the sounds form the street. For us it was ok, but ppl might have an issue if they are light sleepers.

Location Air conditioner was not working

Excellent location, right at the main square, great value for money, great view specially during breakfast No elevator

The most horrible thing is that they dont have elevator and during room selection they did not notify, It is nightmare to go up to 3rd level every time.

Everything good Insulation of the windows, you can hear the noise from the downtown and parking as there is no temporary parking to had-over the car to staff (Valet). However, the staff help me with parking and they are so cooperative.

I like the place of the Park also I like the team of TS Park Hotel. They was so friendly and lovely and always. I will be in TS Park when I come to trabzon

The location was very good for us - town center. Walking or short ride to all major attractions we wished to visit. Good food availability in area. Good walking streets and people watching. Staff readily assisted with carrying luggage up the three floors. House keeping was good. Air con worked well. A stand out not related to hotel directly - the tourist office near the hotel was outstanding. Need to replace single chair in room - very dangerous to sit in nearly collapsed. Lights over bathroom mirror did not work. No Netflix or YouTube on TV. Breakfast was very minimal - coffee machine did not work both days of stay. Required to use powder coffee and hot water at breakfast. Over all the reception staff were stoic to say the least - no smile. But id respond to specific requests. But when asked for a replacement for the only chair in the room, was initially told it would take another day until someone (apparently maintenance returned. With some minor adjustment would be a much better rating.

It was clean … big room ..in the heart of the center with all the restaurants and shops . The parking … it wasn’t easy to get to the front of the hotel and find a parking so my husband had to go down to ask the receptionist about we’re to park …. We end up unloading our bags in the street and one of the staff took the car to a parking. No elevator so we had to take the bags 3 floors up ??‍♀️ Breakfast was good but it would be good if it had a turkey touch food .
