Nice location near the airport, big room and good breakfast

We arrived for the night, the hotel is new, everything is beautiful and clean! We were met by Ali, he helped us a lot, was polite and it was very nice to talk to him. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you!

Also the breakfast was very good and variety of food was served I totally recommend this place without a single doubt The location was in an industrial area, however it’s very easy to access taxi and also very close form the bus terminal Also the reception guy need to smile a bit

Fresh and new hotel, big comfortable room, very helpful people at the reception. It was a bit noisy at night. A door was creaking in the wind plus the elevator makes a lot of sounds (if your room is close to it).

The crew were amazing. The family room is so big. The breakfast is super. And they treat us really very good. Sometimes bad smells come from the bathroom, i think there is problem with the sewage system.

The only problem I had was that the workshops are very close and it is kind of annoying specially during the early morning.

The breakfast is good especially Tea. The staff is so kind and helpful especially Mr. Ali. The location is so close to Forum mall. The room is very clean. The restaurant doesn't have enough space for the quests in the breakfast time.

1- Checking in was delayed for around one hour due to the room was not ready! 2- It was strange when they asked for payment due to booking in was not processed the payment! 3- locations is far away from city centre and it was located next to the car maintenance area which it was too noisy all the times especially during morning time. 4- No noise isolation walls and doors leads to hear others clearly in the corridors and rooms around.

The staff is just excellent, very friendly and helpful, the hotel is also very good, rooms are light and everything is new. Breakfast was perfect, I can recommend :) It would be good if cleaning service is available every day.

Room size is good for a family Location is very bad within industrial area. Staff is trying to help but they are not professional. Same breakfast every day. Breakfast area smells bad.

I like the staff esp the owner and his sons and Mr. Ali They were very helpful and friendly. No restaurant for lunch and dinner inside the hotel. I hope to add this service in the future.
