Every thing except the breakfast and some noises in some nights.

They kept me waiting long time before checkin because the room is not ready. Although the check-in time is 2:00 PM, the room got ready at 2:45. They charged me extra amount for items from the fresh which I didn’t use.

When we first checked in, Mr. ILHAN from the reception desk made sure that we were 100% comfortable, especially when he surprised us with an upgrade to our room. We even have received a fruit platter on the spot. He made sure that we had the best time in Trabzon by explaining to us all the important things a tourist may ask. Breakfast was a surprise as well, where splendid variety of plates were displayed with superior food quality as well as service. The location of the hotel is perfect. Room had all the things that made our stay comfortable. Superior Shower and amenities. All in all, it is a must return hotel for sure. Nothing.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. They checked us in early and gave us one hour extend after check out time. The breakfast was simple but delicious. I would definitely come back if I visit Trabzon again. The cleaning services needs more efforts but generally all great.

Nothing extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience I have had during my stay at your hotel. For the past three days, I have been faced with subpar housekeeping services, as my room has not been cleaned at all. Despite my repeated requests to the reception, the response was not only lacking in efficiency but also unprofessional. I was met with resistance and attitude, leaving me feeling disrespected as a paying guest. Moreover, the demeanor of the staff has been notably discourteous and unapproachable. Communication with them has been challenging and unproductive, adding to the overall unpleasantness of my stay. To add insult to injury, I specifically reserved a deluxe room of 110 square meters, only to discover that I have been allocated a room that is no larger than 60 square meters. This discrepancy is simply unacceptable and speaks to a lack of attention to detail and customer care. I trust that this communication serves as a wake-up call to address the serious shortcomings that are evidently prevalent in your establishment. As a guest who values quality service and hospitality, I have been sorely disappointed by the service I have received thus far. I kindly request a prompt resolution to these issues and appropriate compensation for the inconveniences and dissatisfaction I have experienced during my stay. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify these matters and prevent such lapses in service from occurring in the future.

Amazing location in city center. Key facilities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, are around the hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. High-level of hygiene. Free Wi-Fi and high-speed internet. Fresh and delicious food provided at the restaurant. Excellent spa facilities and services. The staff are gorgeous and extremely helpful. special thanks to the reception team for their support in upgrading my room and providing me all needed support for easing my stay. Everything ( staff are nice, room is spacious, location is good, bed is comfortable, nice view from balcony ..) In overall I recommend to stay here. The toilette smelled very bad Some other poeple smoked in their rooms so we could smell it The breakfast was nearly the same everyday, bread selection and drinks is very poor

Staff is very friendly and willing to help whenever possible. The location is great for walk around, shopping, and food spots.
