Amazing staff which makes you feel right at home. They upgraded my room to a sea view for free because it is a low season, a very appreciated initiative. Also, they help you with the local attraction tours and any needed thing like shopping, etc. Breakfast is all handmade and most of the material is brought organically from close by villages. The hotel is very close to the Meydan, i.e. square park, which facilitate walking around the center and local markets to shop for anything and have local delicacies. There's always room for enhancement and I expressed that verbally after my first night to Zeki bey and he was very attentive. He also explained their incremental upgrades. One of my suggestions was to upgrade their breakfast even though the delicacies are certainly great. Thank you for your amazing efforts. Great job indeed.

I absolutely loved this place. It’s close to everything in the city center, which made my stay much easier. The staff are incredibly helpful and very, very friendly. The breakfast was nice too. If I visit Trabzon again, I will definitely stay here again.

Location and Staff Noise from Pubs at night. Less maintenance works especially on Remote controls of TV and AC has no batteries. Safety box are not working. There are some water leaks from ceiling.

Great position for city centre and a decent price. Just a little bit tired but ok for one night

The worst Hotel ever!

Çox razı qaldıq. Şərait yaxşı idi, təmiz idi. Otel sahibi və qeydiyyatda işləyən əməkdaşlar çox qonaqpərvər idilər. Həmçinin tur da təşkil etmək mümkün idi münasib qiymətə. Tövsiyə edirəm.

The Location. The Breakfast, didn’t have warm water for shower, nothing in the bathroom such as soap, shampoo,etc, the hotel is located near a nightclub so imagine the situation at night ?

It’s very near the airport and the city center There was a nightclub next to the hotel and it was very loud until 2:30am The breakfast wasn’t good at all

This Hotel was the worst hotel i been , i liked nothing . This Hotel was the worst hotel i been , 1- i arrived at 2 pm which suppose to be check in time but i get the room at 3 pm after one hour 2- My room was small douple room while i booked big double room 3- The lift was very bad, light in the lift was flushing 4- The room was unconfortable for the following reason - toilet flush was damage and toilet door was rusty - The coffee heater was dusty and broken - coffee cups was dirty ....- Refrigerator not cooling ....

Very good location However back of the Hotel there is Bar/Nightclub and it very noisy and almost everyday there is a fight. Everything else. Cleaning, Value, Staff and Facilities. They don't clean the room and many things are not working inside the room, like fan, lights, etc.. (I have stayed in this Hotel before one year (during pandemic) and it was much better)

location wise only . staff of the reception can't speak English it was difficult to understand customer needs , around the hotel to many night clubs so guest can't sleep until they finished we couldn't sleep till 2:30 AM we tired to Chang our room to the other side of the building but unfortunately no one help us although since we checked in I complain about the toilet drainage. Was blocked and very bad smell coming out of the toilet in to the room  again no one help us , this is the most worst hotel I have been ever seen .
