If i return back to Trabzon i choose this hotel again. Its little bit far from center of trabzon but its not big deal, it have Dolmush van, its very chip and you can go to center of city and return back to hotel by 72-75 Turkish Lira. Also if the food become self serves(free foods) become the best hotel. With all that , if i return back to Trabzon ,i choose this hotel again its very comfort.

Booked it in off season, the location was perfect if you have a rental car, only 10 mins drive from downtown. Rooms were spacious with good natural light. The staff was friendly and helpful, we dealt with Feras and Zainab, both were awesome. My parents enjoyed the breakfast everyday, especially it’s served with an amazing view. The bathroom, they need to maintain the bathrooms and fix the leakages.

Unfortunately, the shower in our room was not working properly — the hose was leaking and the water frequently shut off. Also, during our three-night stay, housekeeping did not come to clean the room even once. We believe these issues can be improved to make the experience more comfortable for future guests."

the view, cleanness, calm, staff no door keys in bedrooms or bathroom we can hear water sounds from bathrooms upstairs breakfast is basic, always cold and repetitive daily.

The kindness & hospitality of the staff and the view of the hotel. 1. Limited availability of parking, which made it inconvenient at times. 2. The variety of food options was quite limited. 3. The rooms were smaller than expected, which affected overall comfort.

Cleanliness, staff were generally friendly, and location near the city centre. Bathroom water in the morning is short, and first night had to call to restore running water in the bathroom. Landline phone connection kept sounding a ticking and had to disconnect from the wall to be able to sleep.

Employees are so helpful and good people. Location is so quiet and we had good view. Price is so good and short bus distance to the city center. Everything is fine
