Room was conveniently located! Staff was friendly and helpful! We will stay here again when we visit family. The fact we had to pay $12 per night for parking was a bit much!

Loved the room and amenities. Breakfast was also exceptional! Bed was a little too firm and woke up stiff, but did not take away from experience too much.

We loved to stay at Hamilton inn, staff was very friendly specially the guy at night was easy going, kind and did a fast check in for us. The breakfast is served 6-10am, it has many good choices, staff there was awesome too!! Good for children, they have a closed pool and it was a great plus! The best thing Check out is at noon so you can have breakfast, swim, relax and get ready to go. I'll be back in my next visit to Tracy.

Compared to other Hampton Inns I have stayed at the room was small and cramped. They charged a $12 parking fee, something I have not experienced before. It originally did not show up on the receipt at check out but was emailed to me later. Breakfast was overcooked and barely warm. There was no microwave in the eating area to warm the food that I have found in other Hampton Inns. I would not stay there again.

The staff for friendly and helpful, the rooms were very nice, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels more than other hotels, & the air conditioning worked wonderfully. I like the containers with pumps they had for the soap, shampoo conditioner and lotion. The blow dryer worked great. The elevator wasn't working. The front desk guy said it doesn't work sometimes and to use the stairs. I said I couldn't I have a bad knee. I asked for a room on the 1st floor and the guy tried then said give me a minute and he went in the elevator room and did something and the elevator worked. This delayed me getting into my room about 20 or 30 minutes.

This Hampton Inn is barely a Hilton property. The place us clean, but the staff is minimal functioning, and the outer door scanner and elevator was not working! The room is comfortable but the total experience (especially the elevator- I was on the third floor!) was a disappointment. Not sure I'd return for the price. I wasn't impressed.
