The property was very clean. The host was very attentive and always on contact. It was in a calm location.

Upon arrival, the owner greeted me very kindly, took care of formalities, explained how to navigate the city and what to see and he answered my questions about the local bus service in the city. I appreciate private parking. The room was cleaned every day. Always, each day, clean towels, new shampoo and soap. The surrounding environment was just as clean. I definitely recommend visiting the hotel. There are groceries and a local bus stop nearby. It's only a few minutes' walk to the cable car boarding station.

The best part was definitely the host, Piero, who welcomed us with lots of information and advices that turned out to be great and helped us to arrive in the best bus stop and then take a taxi when leaving. The room was good, air conditioner worked well (although you had to plug the key to turn it on, so if one of us wanted to stay inside and the other got out with the keys, the air was off), and the accomodation had a coffee machine by the entrance, which was very good. I'd kindly say there could be some improvements. The cleaning was not the best (we've found empty packaging of products from other guests in the bathroom, for example). Room size was ok, but only one side of the bed had a bedside table and a socket. Location was not central, but you could easily take the bus to the Harbour/Centre. All things considered, I'd still say it was a great value for money, since the price was fair, specially considering it's high season.

The wifi was good. There was problem with the warm water. The breakfast place was a little far from the hotel and the quantity of the breakfast wasn’t enough for me.The photos from the hotel on the net shows more beautiful “picture” from the hotel, than the real pictures.
