This is such an amazing, beautiful, clean place. I love that it’s right on the sea and our room was fabulous, especially the balcony, the view and the pool area. The restaurant is also fantastic with delicious food, a great breakfast and the most accommodating staff in all of the 7 hotels I’ve stayed at in Sicily. I will definitely stay here again. There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property. It’s a short 30 minute walk to the historic center and hotel can call you a taxi which costs about €20.

Bed could have been more comfortable

Very friendly staff that answered any questions you had. Great location just outside the downtown crowds. I have no negative reviews.

The views from the ocean side rooms were pretty. The fresh orange juice at breakfast was nice. The pool and view from pool was nice. The photos and website are deceiving and make it look much nicer than it is. The rooms were about 80 degrees when we checked in (we had 4 adults and 2 kids- so needed to get 2 rooms). It took over 24 hours to get the air working. It was very uncomfortable in meantime. With windows open, sand blew in everywhere and we were on 3rd floor. They then charged an extra $130 for my 12 year old to stay in the room I had already booked with 2 beds!! The beach is dirty and unmaintained- broken glass and trash everywhere. We made our kids wear shoes. There is no beachside deck and it looked like a construction zone. When I asked the front desk about it and pointed to the online photos, she said “oh that’s just for summer - we take the deck away otherwise” . It was dangerous! we stayed last week in April. There was no access to ice on property without finding someone to get it from the bar. They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for an ice bucket (I was given a small plastic cup with 3 ice cubes). Traffic was very loud as hotel is right off main road. The first day, We asked if we could leave a night early (2 nights instead of 3) but even after expressing all of above they said they wouldn’t refund us anything because we used booking.com.

Beautiful stylish hotel with excellent restaurant in a good location Our bedroom was too small and with no place to hang things
-
The property was located quite a way out of town, and the photos were quite misleading compared to the reality. There was no decking area by the beach as advertised, and the rooms felt tired and not particularly clean.
-
The patio restaurant on the ocean was great, with spectacular susets
-
Great breakfast. Great menu for snacks and dinner
-
The view from the room.

The bedroom was spacious and the views were great. Close to the city centre. The staff was extremely moody and rude. One actually rolled their eyes at me when I accidentally bumped into them at breakfast, even after I apologised. The selection for breakfast was very lacking. No lactose-free options, no fresh fruit except for the orange juice. The bread was dry. Even though the bedroom was fairly clean, there were ants and hairs on the floor. The pillows were way too thin too.

They accidentally gave us the wrong room and moved all of our luggage and stuff when we were at the beach and we had no idea. They could have at least warned us or asked us to move it ourselves. Slightly outside the city center, kind of a drive away.

A little far from town for me.

Location and parking situation

The view. The proximity to the ocean. Peaceful. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Far away from everything

Front desk staff was amazing. She helped us enormously. It was so hot in our room, she even came to our room to try and fix the thermostat. We learned air conditioning had been turned off, so was told to leave patio doors open, which we did. A fan is suggested for rooms. We noticed from our terrace that all rooms above us had their windows wide open. The hot room.

Nothing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
-
On the water, away from the main town.
-
Great sea view rooms. amazing sunset from your room window. decent hotel breakfast in terrace with great view. bit long walk till city center.
-
The outside areas pool, etc were fine. The room size was small for our six day stay. We asked for a larger room but they said all rooms were same size, but the website has larger rooms. We asked if we could cancel and get refund for last three nights..but they refused.. We feel they could have accommodated us but they didn’t even reach out to offer to help us in any way, We felt the customer service and communication was lacking.
