Staff was very helpful and nice.
-
Close to restaurants and sea view walks. Hard to find. Parking impossible. Small room.
-
Location The shower leaked all over the floor due to poor drainage. The stopper was broken

Beautiful rooms

Trapani is beautiful and so is this hotel. Location is great. Rooms are spotless and everything was perfect. I have to mention that the front desk staff , Martina , is a real gem . Speaks English and Spanish , was very accommodating and gave us great restaurant recommendations. I would come back in a heartbeat just for the great staff service. Parking is valet and not close.

Beautiful room, great breakfast, staff were exceptional and the location was excellent for all activities in Tripani. Martina on the front desk was amazing with her restaurant recommendations! It took a bit long to get the car from valet but other than that it was all fantastic
-
Our room looked nice The bed was comfortable once we added the pad from the closet The A/C didn’t work We asked several times to get it fixed but never happened Could not open windows because of all the smoke from cigarettes

The room was excellent. We slept well and felt very taken care of. Super location in old town. A walk along the seawall was a daily pleasure. Breakfast was excellent and the staff really made for a pleasant start to the day. Car park was super simple. This is a super cool stay. Can think of nothing to complain about.

Good breakfast, pleasant location Greeting was cold. Two young women stared rudely at my wife and said nothing. Quite unpleasant. Then, the key to our room door was hard to use--I had to get staff to come to my room twice to open it. No offer made to fix the lock or move us to another room. And we had no hot water from our arrival evening until the afternoon of the next day. The staff said the hot water heater needed to he repaired and they'd call the next morning. A mechanic must have come and fixed it, because we dud have hot water by the afternoon, but the staff told us around 9:30 that we'd have hot water in about an hour, so we waited and tried again, but it was barely tepid, so we gave up and tried again late afternoon.

Central location. Convenient.

Parking was a little difficukt to figure out. Valet was good after we figured out what to do and we didn't need the car during our stay.
-
Great location. Comfortable bed. Spacious room and bathroom. Quiet. Lady at the reception desk was very helpful. Help us organize a taxi to visit Erice since the funicular was closed. The light by the front door inside the room wouldn’t turn off when we went to sleep and was too bright to sleep properly. Hopefully they fixed that after my complaint.

The hotel is located in a nicely renovated building. The room was basic but comfortable. Breakfast was okay, though it could offer a wider selection and a few better options.
-
Lack of services and the bad attitude of the "staff" which was one man who was on site for a few hours a day. I don't know what happens if there is an emergency. There a plenty of nice places to stay, so do yourself a favor and skip San Michele

We liked everything! Good location, nice room ( although a bit on small side ) . Decorated nicely , helpful staff. Excellent breakfast A little hard to find but worth it
-
I liked the spacious room, cleanliness, breakfast, friendly staff My sink was stopped up and I had to wait for the water to go down every time I used it, safe didn’t work, I told staff, they said they would send someone the next day but he didn’t come, the hotel was initially hard to find
