Nice quiet and peaceful location by Mediterranean see shore. Shower/Bathroom needs uplifting.

We were never able to even get in to the building. We were not given information prior to being "on the road" and did not have access to wi-fi to be able to "see" the pictures we were sent. We are over 70 and not able to get the information necessary to access the premises, in spite of repeated requests. We were not told "which safe" to access to obtain the keys to the property and had numerous "texts" with the host in attempting to get the required information. We had to spend the night at a neighbor hotel. Communication at an earlier time and more accurate information when we finally received some communication, like which safe to access for the keys.

Location We couldn’t open the shutters to see the sea. We were requested to pay cash.

- the position is stellar, right at the edge of the city center, everything is within walking distance - the room is quite big for Siciliy budget standard, there's a mini fridge too - great value for your money - Trapani is truly an underrated gem - the breakfast is served inside your room with a stroller not great ergonomics and not great for cleanliness since you end up eating on your bed (that is cleaned every other day). Continuing on the breakfast, we were asked when to receive it but it was never served on time, we asked 8.15 but we got 8.05, 8.35, 8.45 (it is highly problematic since maybe you got plans that now have to be delayed). Lastly, the breakfast is not that varied and not that good, you dont get to decide what to eat, so sometimes you get something sweet or salty you got no say in that. - it is 2025 and they accept only cash payment, please get on with the time! - the owner asked us to cancel the booking and go through with them, a bit shady if you ask me. - second floor and no elevator - parking is a nightmare, you have a small free parking inside the building but it is almost always full, in a radius of 5 km every parking spot is to be paid (1€/hours from 8:00 to 24:00 so be prepared to pay an extra 16€/day if you have a car).

Very pleasant stay, clean and spacious, couple minutes to the city center walking on the promenade

The location is very good - close to beach and city center. It was easy to find parking, in case we had hired car. The staff was friendly. The room was standard - nice and clean. The only minus is that you need to pay by cash.

Breakfast was very good in the room . What we didn't like was the shower too high , instead of the steps to room they could do a lift .

Great, clean and spacious room, great location in Trapani - parking at the property was always full but the public parking lot just there was very handy. Instructions how to get to the property were very clear and great communication with Daniela It would be nice to have glasses and kettle in the room

The building

Room is near old town and beach. All is easy walkable. Place was clean and special thanks to very kind lady Maria who brought to are room excelent breakfast.
