Best Western Travelers Rest Greenville

Extremely outdated. AC didnt work and front office came to "fix" which was only turning on a fan. The vent itself had nasty built up on it so I know whatever air was coming out was gross. Shower was tiny with no place to put anything other than the floor. Bare feet stuck to the floors. Breakfast was sad. Overall poor experience and would not recommend.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, right beside Food Lion and Pizza joint. Great location. Would stay again

Breakfast was good.

Unfriendly staff. Phone/ microwave/ desk wall sockets/ fridge inoperable. Bath amenities empty- tiny little bottles as a sub. Luggage carts like wrestling a drunken steer. There’s more but I am not in the mood to relive it all. Please drop this property from your roster.

Exceptional

This is a comment for Expedia. I have a service dog and when we schedule a stay at a motel I would like to let them know I will have him with me. But thhere is noplace on the form to do that. It would help people like me to facilitate checking in.

Barebones. No shower products in bathroom. Terrible tv remote. Nasty sheets. Lousy breakfast. And overpriced for its quality. Would avoid.

Clean and comfortable. Well priced. The breakfast was a little sparse however great choices for breakfast are nearby in Travelers Rest (like Tandem). I would stay here again.

Disappointing

The location was good- 5 min from everything in TR. The front desk staff was nice, and the breakfast was what you expect from a hotel. The pool was green and unusable, the walls are paper thin, there was a 1" gap under my door so I could hear everything. The windows are single pane and there were people revving their engines super early in the morning- not the hotel's fault, but I have stayed in Airport hotels where I couldn't hear the planes, this was not the case here. The shower was old, and gross, the plate in the microwave was too big so I couldn't use it, there was no drain plug in my sink so I had to be super careful to keep anything small away from the edge. The housekeeping staff knocked on my door at 8:30am despite the 'do not disturb' sign and the fact that check out wasn't until 11 am. The best thing about the place was the desk chair- I had to work from the room for two days- and I loved that chair so much I am looking to buy one like it. The bed was comfortable as well.

The Shower was dirty and there was all empty bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash along with no trash bin for the restroom .

Excited to use the Pool, but Its broken. Could not block the light from the outside, no blackout drapes. Washer and dryer broken. Food prep area a mess. Whole place very noisy.
