My stay was not bad at all. Yes, it's not a Hilton, but it was great. I felt like I was staying in an apartment. I loved that we had room to walk around in. No bad smell. My room was clean, and overall my stay was good. I would definitely go back to stay again. Great Pricing and not far from stuff.

Kimie, the property manager was awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of during the stay.

The lady at the office was exceptional! She made sure we had everything we needed, was very accommodating, and so polite and kind!! I was blown away by her hospitality! The room was like an apartment and had everything we needed. There was water from AC machines on our patio area which made it wet but the inside was everything we needed and looked recently updated. We did run out of TP and had to find a cleaner to restock. The outside of the motel looks a little unkempt from empty planters and overgrown weeds. But for the price, location, and room we were very happy.

Our stay at Oasis Palm Resort in Treasure Island was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation. A special thank you to our hostess, Kimie, whose exceptional hospitality truly made our stay memorable. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and her recommendations for local restaurants and activities were spot on. Thanks to her suggestions, we discovered some amazing food and had a fantastic time exploring the area. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Oasis Palm Resort. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment was in need of attention throughout the apartment the floors and the shower were horrible the smell of urine throughout the apartment was horrible and staff was NOT helpful at all. We called many times that day no one returned our calls we had a premier suite 2 bedroom we left after one night. Dirty rooms moldy shower ants very dirty floors. Permises were unkept urine smells. Notifed staff many times to correct the issues staff NEVER got back to us.

We had the best stay! The woman I spoke to on the phone at arrival was so nice and helpful. Check-in is so easy and convenient, they give you a entry code for your door. No need to go to the office. Everything was so clean and nice. I didn't realize there would be a full kitchen! These units have been beautifully remodeled. The bed was also comfortable. The only minor issue we encountered was that the shower's water pressure was weak. My daughter said she preferred staying here than a big hotel chain. We will absolutely stay here again next time we're in St. Pete/Treasure Island.

Kitchen didn't have flat spatula to cook with.. or a big knife to cut with, but I bought a big knife and left it there for next person to use... The floor upon arrival had dirt on it thru apartment and tub did not look like it was cleaned... The queen bed had no platform to support head of mattress or end which was uncomfortable to sleep in ..these are simple fixes... the pool had clumps of hair in it when I went in and we cleaned it out, informed owner already, but maybe you need a new pool guy....better lounge chairs that are sturdier, there were a few with lots of loose screws that we had to tighten up....housekeeping needs to do a better job since there was food in nightstands...overall staff was friendly and super nice..it was a good spot..side note...invest in blinds instead of curtains cuz it blocked AC unit when trying to have privacy on first floor...had to use pins to maneuver around unit... We are a handywomen business that manage property where we are from and these were just little things that need attention to make the stay even better for future people is all
