Sitting outside in the hotel patio was nice, especially when the weather is fine. The breakfast is good. We expected the view of Vesuvius (following the name of the hotel), but it cannot be seen from the room balcony/ The view from the balcony is not good at all (overlooking the other house). The location is problematic: there are almost no restaurants around, nothing in walking distance. Reaching it by train is problematic - there is no pedestrian path. The room itself had a problem with rushing vent, which hotel didn't manage to fix or change the room.

9/10 Bery friendly staff and beautiful view The Breakfast

Y, breakfast was not great. The hotel was too isolated for travelers without a car. The shuttle was not always available. The tub was slippery and needs a mat.

Staff was great. Restuarant was really good. Rooms and beds were comfortable.
-
Room was spacious. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The dinner was excellent

Staff make you feel at home. The property is a perfect place to unwind( away from the madding crowd) with stunning views of the sea of Naples and Vesuvius. There's nothing not to like at this place.

The costly shuttle was late to pick us up, the rooms were dusty, pool was cold and the food was not great.

Beautiful hotel!! Location was perfect for us as we were in Italy for our sons wedding at a nearby winery... Room was comfortable with an amazing view.. Beautiful pool area. One of the best places we've stayed in Italy.... Staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful with whatever we needed . On site restaurant was fantastic incredible food and a view of the Sea, Sorrento and Capri.. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Only complaint I have is the pillows were uncomfortable...minor detail Wish you had a spa. A nice massage or facial would have been extra perfect

The architecture and garden grounds are world class. The diningroom staff are outstanding and after 3 days with them we felt like we had to leave friends. Food delicious too. Zero...nothing!

If you call yourself a pet-friendly hotel then you don’t charge 30 euro at check out. So if you have a pet DO NOT visit this hotel. The hotel is located at the suburbs of Naples on quite a large piece of property but only a small portion is used. There is a huge parking lot 100 meters from the entrance but they closed that. Resulting that parking is problematic in front of the entrence. At check in the reception took our passports but didn’t have them back (our first red flag). Not a word at all about any fees for our dog or in any communication before hand. The room was not clean, the bed was ok and the rain shower didn’t gave any water because the holes were fully carbonated. All the water was soaking trough the top. This hotel works with a kind of chip card to open the door which needed multiple attempts to get the door open. In the mean time the lights go out in 10’seconds on the hallway. Not handy if you are there if you want to get into your room. The rooms are very noisy. The lady from the reception in the morning was nice but she asked for the 30 euro. We came in a heavy discussion with the manager about the 30 euro. All kinds of excuses why he needed the money. He kept discussing it until we drove out.

Very friendly staff, especially the older man working at breakfast. Rooms big, quiet, and clean. Great balcony! Breakfast fine. Plenty of parking. The only possible negative is that it’s a bit isolated if you don’t have a car. We did have a car, so we enjoyed our stay.

When I looked at the view from my balcony and bathroom window, I could have stayed a week! Such a beautiful view to the ocean and mountains rising up from the water. Very kind staff. Gorgeous patio for breakfast!
-
Quiet and surrounded within a well cured garden atmosphere and enjoying splendid views of Capri Island, the Vesuvius and beyond. I couldn't stay longer.

Wonderful view. Old-world charm. Kind and helpful staff. We attended a New Year's Day "special lunch", which really was a five hour long celebration with very loud music and interminable waits between courses. I'm sure the differing expectations of a New Year's day lunch were lost in translation, but a bit more clarity would have been nice. And some of the food was not properly executed; perhaps they had a bigger crowd than they were prepared for?

Lovely hotel in a quiet area. The pool was big and very refreshing. Extremely comfortable beds! Very friendly and helpful staff. La Briciola is a local Pizza restaurant in the village square which is walking distance and definitely worth a visit; lovely staff, affordable and delicious pizzas. They even made gluten free pizza for my husband. Transport was difficult as there is no local taxi service and he had not hired a car on this trip. It felt a bit unsafe walking on the road. We were able to walk to the Leopardi train station though.
