B&B Hotel Trento

When I arrived at the hotel, I noticed that the surrounding area was an industrial zone. I parked my car in the hotel's outdoor parking lot, which was free of charge. Inside the room, there were stains on the pillows. In the bathroom, the shower head looked moldy and grayish; I think it needs to be replaced. There was no tea or coffee in the room. The towels were clean. There was a refrigerator. I felt safe inside the room. The otel is located is in the middle an industrial zone. there were stains on the pillows. The hotel was conveniently located and the check-in process was smooth. As a Tesla driver, I appreciated the presence of Tesla Superchargers at the parking lot. We received some excellent dinner recommendations for Trento. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The air conditioning unit failed to function. Even when set to the lowest temperature and the fan speed to maximum, it refused to turn on. It only activated when we switched to the heating mode. The hallway and room were already extremely hot when we arrived, leaving us with no option to cool down the space. Opening the window was also not feasible because loud music was playing from a nearby parking lot until late at night. There were two slow chargers available in the parking lot, which would have been ideal for charging my car overnight. Unfortunately, both chargers were unavailable throughout my entire stay due to two gas cars being parked there the entire time. The parking spots were not clearly labeled or kept free, which contributed to the inconvenience.

The venue was mostly well maintained, staff were outstanding, from the receptionist to the cleaners all very welcoming, snack machine was a good touch given the location of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the smart tv in each room a great touch. Housekeeping one or twice used pillowcases were marks/stains, not much a issue for us just didn't use the pillow but maybe worth keeping an eye one. The shower hose had a leak so the water pressure not very good but still useable. Last point nothing to do with the hotel but the location was far from trento city centre with the bus outside coming once an hour and ending before 8pm

The Automatic late checkin was terrible - this is the only reason for the low score. when you arrive at 2 am and have to spend almost 30 minutes to checkin to the room it is frustrating!

There is missing possibility to close elevator door by pressing single button. You have to wait huge time for automatic closing. I have never ever experience the same problem - all elevator I used in my life had this specific button for manual closing the door.
