If you’re a tourist to see Milan using public transportation then this Hotel is far from the city.

We parked just outside the entrance and could stay there for free. Reception was nice and helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was also ok. The shower was getting old and needed a bit of fixing. The room was actually very warm (December) and we never managed to change the thermostat, we ended up by opening the window.

Good option if you only need a place to sleep. Breakfast, although limited, was tasty – especially the croissant ?. The self check-in system was practical. The room is small, the bathroom has no ventilation, and since our arrival there was an unpleasant smell throughout the room. The shower is divided only by a curtain, which is not very comfortable. The additional €16 fee was confusing, as there was no staff at reception to pay it in person, and afterwards we received an email notifying us of the pending payment, which created uncertainty.

Nice hotel, good breakfast as for Italy, fresh croissants and coffee We expected a little bit more in terms of room facilities: fan (for hair) didn’t work, the water in shower was slightly warm with no possibility to make it hot, the climate system also didn’t seem to be regulated (it was cold so we had to use a blanket, thankfully, it was in the wardrobe). Sound isolation is also questionable as we were disturbed by the kids in the next room. There was also no parking spot for our car.

There were 36 degrees Celsius outside and they Tod me they controlled the temperature air conditioning which was never cooling the room for 3 people locked in a small room without air conditioning and only one small vent in the room. I got sick form the heat and discomfort. Asked every day to please put the air conditioning colder to cool the room but was blown off every day by all the staff. The breakfast was ok, very average, not much variety, the location is okay for the Rho fair VERY DIRTY HOTEL, bed sheets stains, Pillows stains, HAIR everywhere in the bathroom seat, bathroom cabinets and vanity, this is not acceptable, its mainly a 2 stars hotel only !! not a 4 stars hotel at all...
