It was quiet and front desk staff were nice The room smelled like cigarette smoke terrible and the bathroom was not super clean.

Not a clean property. Bad smell throughout the gallery. Fridge was full of previous customers rest over food. No clean staffs available. Spend 2 days without room cleaning and bathroom towels

The best part of this trip was the staff, they did their best with what they had. And thats where the good part ends. The hotel has a strong smell of tobacco and MJ, we were travelling with kids and had to leave after 30mins of checkin. The staff was completely understanding and helped the best they could. So really thankful to them.

Everything is very good at this hotel I have stayed here a week at a time or more because I relocated to wheeling and I haven't found a place to live yet.. Everything one who works there is very friendly and helpful

The staff and the pool I did not like the mold in the bathroom, the piling walls in the bathroom, The garbage outside the parking area, The broken toilet ,in the bathroom that leaked,,leaking roof that wet the hallway, leaking roof in eating area, and the moving bed and tv

Room was disgusting boogers on the wall yellow crusty stuff on the blankets balls of hair under the table cigarette ashes on the floor by the bed. The outlet by the sink was just taped in with some kind of medical tape or white tape and moved if lightly touched the light above the sink did not work and part of it was sitting on the floor by the sink. Smelled of cigarette smoke and feet. Checked out right after checking in. Supposed to be getting a refund we will see. Woman at the front desk was very nice.
