Personable and communicative staff that treat guests like family. The delicious and beautiful breakfast was lovingly prepared and formally served at the dining room table with the family’s porcelain china. We enjoyed talking to the family who owned and ran the b and b. The virtuosic piano performance by the owner who played selections of Chopin and other composers after breakfast. We would’ve stayEd longer if we could just to continue to hear him play. The secure and private parking space Dated room Loose toilet seat No TV No mini fridge or microwave The steep location and distance to the parking lot No screens on windows to prevent flying insects

The Owner was a really nice person. She was very helpfull and nice person. She always talk with us in the morning, check on us. Also gave us some tips what to do in the city. Alway made fresh coffe for us in the morning, and panckakes to. She was availabe on whats up also during the day if you had questions. One thing that i can say is a bit negative was for me. You have to go uphill to reach the apartman. It was not that high just a bit was harder for us.

Was difficult to find initially, but once there parking was easy.

Owner lady was very friendly and preakfast served was nice. it was not her fault that road to place was under construction. The kocation for travellers with big harley davidson motobikes was impossible. and parking was not on site- it was near but wearing your riding gear it was too far away.

The keys are stored In a locked storage locker, the host supplies the combination number. Since there are a couple it would be useful if the key lockers where numbered.

The host was lovely and communicated well with us prior to our arrival. She catered breakfast keeping our allergies in mind. Good parking space. The room had a balcony and we could hang our wet clothes there. It was a bit noisy at night but that it's normal in places close to the city

The owner was super nice and helpful. She gave us a lot of important information, and a great breakfast with delicious extra pancake for our little son.

The owner was really nice and we could choose what we want for breakfast.

The bedroom was confortable and the bathroom clean. We had access to a large balcony from our room. The breakfast in the morning was served on the first floor, around a large table to be able to meet other people staying at the B&B. We loved the concept!!! We met an English couple while eating delicious pancakes, sausages, cheese, bread and a cup of coffee. We recommend!

Good value for money. Location good for those travelling by car. The owner gives you parking - which of course in Trieste can be a problem and an extra cost. Here you have parking included in the price. The surroundings are average. It is messy all around, the houses and farmyards are long past their prime. However, for people who come for a quick tour it is a good starting point. You have about 20 minutes to walk to the centre or there is a bus stop just down the street. The place itself where you stay is ok although we didn't use the terrace because our furnishings (sofa and armchair) were quite dilapidated which is a shame because we would have loved to sit down with a glass of wine and relax after sightseeing. The breakfast, however, is the greatest pleasure of the whole stay. The owner is wonderful and you can feel like you are having breakfast at home. Chaos around the building and no opportunity to relax on the terrace. The room for 3 people is basically too small. After the extra bed we had very little space even to pass. The room is sufficient for two.
