Great location. Super friendly helpful staff. There is a big communal area with fridge/freezer and even microwave! The toilet was not clean since we found used soap and a razor with hair in the shower. Room also smelled like tobacco quite strong…

Close to the beach. Good location. Nice common areas. Hot water did not work. Had to shower in a neighbouring room. Went fine. Could be cleaner, but not a bad place.

The location is good (but not the better, go to the north side), by trincomalee beach, and the stuff is helpful. They announce all the rooms with balcony and sea view, and with the same price, but that’s not true: i got a room in the back, dark, no view are all, same price (i just had a better room by the lake for 1/3 cheaper. Not even good amenities like a soap or shampoo, towels were really thin and nothing soft. To complete, all night there was noise on the rooftop, what seemed probably pigeons, and the roof is made of some metal, so all night i kept awaking with those noises as they were right above my head, couldn’t sleep. Just not worth it.

It was alright accomodation, nothing special. Bed was comfortable and AC was good.
