We liked the friendliness of the staff and their keenness to help. What we found frustrating was the checkout process. It took far too long to verify our bill. It seemed unnecessarily paper based which was then cross checked and entered into the computer system. Surely in this day and age the restaurant should be able to enter any sales straight into the hotels billing system with the final bill paying process being completed in 1 or 2 minutes not 15 as was our experience.

We have been coming here every year, and the staff are courteous and helpful, it always nice to see the same staff at the front desk again. The executive suite room is very spacious, comfortable and really worth the price. Good food at the restaurants as well.

Booked for twin beds since the booking.com showed available but when we reached, hotel allotted queen bed and informed us that twin beds not available. Additional charge for a guest breakfast is too high.

We liked the courtesy, kindness, and friendliness of the staff across the board. The facility was well-maintained, and the location is very central to the city. We had food a few times, and it was very good. One issue with the safe locker was addressed quickly. The facility itself is quite old and shows its age. Phones in our room were not working and were not fixed even after being told twice. The wifi is very spotty and unreliable.

Overall, amazing stay. Nice restaurant, a bit overpriced buffet dinner yet tasty menu. Courteous staff, specially at the front desk. They are in the game! Certain aspects of one specific front desk person was not too hospitable but doesnt make much of a dent in the overall review anyways. Everyone has bad days!

Pleasant staff, good central location. The breakfast is amazing. The rooftop restaurant isn’t as good as it used to be. I’ve been staying at this hotel for over 20 years and the rooftop restaurant used to be much better. It has definitely slipped in quality which is a disappointment. Also, the room cleaning seems to happen too late in the day.

Staff were really polite and accommodating. They actioned all requests quickly. The room service catering was excellent - everything we ordered was delicious and well prepared. I asked for an extended stay and they gladly gave me the same room and rate. Rooms are a decent size and clean. No complaints as the rates offered were very reasonable for the service provided. However carpets could be refurbished and room decor looked a bit dated with all the wood paneling so made the room look dark. This is just a suggestion but nothing wrong in the overall room facilities and amenities.

I traveled from USA was very concerned about my stay in Thiruvananthapuram, but picking Residency Tower was a great decision. The staff especially the front desk and restaurant were very approaching and helpful. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family who visit. The restaurant is not open until 7am, I missed my morning coffee, though there was complimentary coffee available in the room :)

Great location. Very near and accessible for public transport or taxis or auto rickshaw Friendly staff and easy checking or checkout. Good reception staff and collected several of my parcels. Good sized room and bathroom and clean. Decor a bit old and furniture getting a bit old. Good restaurants and good food Decor needs modernising. Furniture needs modernising
