The property as a whole was exceptional. The moment I stepped in to the moment I stepped out I was overwhelmed with the quality and its facilities. The ambiance both outdoors and indoors was so soothing along with friendly staffs and clean rooms. A top notch experience and highly satisfied. Will definitely Goodland Elegance again. Thank you.

Nearby Railway & Bus stations Congested entry. Vehicles may get damaged or got scratches on the narrow entrance. Rooms are too smaller to occupy. No space for even to keep luggages, if we bring one more. Pathetic.

The location was absolutely perfect for me—super convenient and easy to get around. The staff were exceptional: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Rajeeve, the CGM, was consistently available with great advice and support. Rashid, the AGM, was also fantastic—always ready to assist with directions and getting to new places. Ananthan at the front office was incredibly helpful, especially with booking rickshaws through my Ola app. Vandhana, also at the front desk, was a star—she introduced me to the Ola app, which made transportation so much easier and saved me both time and money. Nishant was very friendly and welcoming, and Priya in the spa was amazing—I had some of the best Ayurvedic massages ever. A big thank you to Ijas at the front desk as well—he was super helpful, especially during my checkout. he helped me with my suitcase that I had trouble closing, he also got me a tea from outside as the restaurant was closed. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a place in the city local to amenities. The room could’ve been slightly bigger apart from that it was fine

I just booked this hotel without thinking, as I was going from one city to another. There are many restaurants nearby and the train station is walking distance. Towels was grotesque. Please get new ones folks.

Location. Clean room. Front desk was efficient. Clean linen Very small room. Staff were not regular . Shabbly dressed in civilian clothes. The one lift only was use by guests and garbage removal. No spray used to keep the odour out.

I happened to stay at Goodland Elegance by chance / luck since the property I had booked before abruptly cancelled my reservation without any notification.!! ? I am more than glad that I ended up staying at Goodland Residency instead.!! ?? The location could not be more convenient. Literally a two min walk from the Train station and a short walk / Uber ride to most attractions. Blessen (hope I spelt that correctly ?) at the front desk & the entire team including housekeeping and restaurant staff at this property were very polite, welcoming, helpful and considerate..!! The Air conditioning was perfect for hot & humid weather of Trivandrum and so was water pressure & temperature options in the shower. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was not only fulfilling but a different menu each of the two days I stayed. That doesn’t happen often.!! ??? The room I chose was decent size for a solo traveller and very much like in the photos ?? Although the hotel is at a busy intersection, it is tucked away from the hustle & bustle of the main street in a small alley which makes it fairly quiet even during the busy rush hours. i’m The wifi kept disconnecting after some time of inactivity but the front desk was very prompt in providing reconnection codes even at odd hours.!! ??
