Breakfast was very minimal- Not in line with a 5 star hotel Location is in center of the city I paid for SUIT ROOM- They checked in to Room No: 109- Air-condition was not working- ITS HOT I had asked them to reimburse my money for Checkout to find a better hotel- then they suggested a Normal room No: 302, Services was totally poor. i have asked for water- they took 1 Hr for the supply after 2 calls. My Experience was TOTALLY BAD and never recommend this Hotel to anybody

Breakfast was good. Appreciate the Government for it's proper maintanence. Parking space is sufficient. Replace the washroom towels. Provide more drinking water.

Excellent location and great staff. Good choice of buffet or main menu. Beautiful lobby and splendid and spacious room. Pool clean but surrounding area/ paving looked neglected so not conducive to enjoying the facility. Gym also needed attention. A shame as they do have potential to improve these areas.
