Location. Quaint. Staff. Restaurant

Location. Well cared for. Great restaurant. Great staff
-
Friendly staff, lovely old palace building in the heart of it all. The acoustics of the main alley street below. Not hotels fault but churchbells at 5:30!!
-
Historic district close to the waterfront Excellent restaurant at the hotel Bed was a bit lumpy

Set in the beautiful old town, it was a perfect place to explore Trogir. The hotel was very unique and beautiful. Nothing

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Trogir, making it easy to explore the town. The hotel itself is very charming and full of character. The staff were welcoming, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The room could benefit from a more thorough cleaning, as we noticed some stains, dust, a few hairs, and a couple of bugs. Also, be aware that the church bells ring daily at 5:30 AM, something to keep in mind, though this is part of the charm of Trogir and can be heard throughout the town, not just at this property.

When we arrived at midnight, they said our room was given to someone else but this wasn't told to us before we arrived. They placed us in an under construction, old and through a completely dark and messy entrance studio apartment through a dark alley with no lights. The key of that apartment's entrance did not open and we went to the actual hotel and the night shift worker came with us to open the door. The faulty door opens only at a specific pull movement and that worker said we are "unbelievable" twice and rushed away. That's not how you talk and treat your guests. They gave us breakfast but when you give us a cheaper room and no refund for the difference, that breakfast is not complementary but a paid one so it is not a compensation.

I was told it will be a parking , there is no parking you have to park somewhere else like a public parking , and take your luggaes with you , if you have a lot like us 6 people it was disaster to get there

location the room keys on the key panel were easily accessible to anyone who entered the unlocked unstaffed reception.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of the historic town. The restaurant on site provided breakfast as part of the room stay. It was also available for dinner; we enjoyed both meals that we ate there, and good value. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel description stated that there was "parking available". However, the hotel is in the middle of the historic town, which is walkable only - no vehicles possible. Consequently, "available parking" meant outside the walled city, requiring a walk to the available public parking - caused great confusion for my GPS.

This was a nice family owned property in an ideal location in Trogir. The room was spacious and comfortable, a bit odd to have the bathroom right in the room separated by a curtain but it was as pictured on website. The restaurant provided a good breakfast each morning and we dined as a group one evening. The hotel was easy walking to restaurants , shops and the main entrance. The set up of the bathroom in the room.

The beautiful setting! History and atmosphere. Nothing. It was exceptionally beautiful.
-
Great location and staff was super friendly and helpful with planning activities!

Excellent location, great staff, room very clean and comfortable. We couldn’t get the TV to work (not a major deal) and it’s quite noisy so be prepared to be woken early! The shutter didn’t close properly either so sunlight streamed in as soon as it was light. Also felt that breakfast at 15 euros per person wasn’t great value for money when you can get an omelette and coffee for 5 euros on the front.

beautiful place, very well done. wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful.
-
In the heart of old town close to harbor where we boarded a boat It was basic but all we needed
-
Quaint and quiet but very close to all the city life. Staff was very friendly to the non-Croatian speaking American.
