Hotel Brown Beach House & Spa

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The view was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was great There was construction right behind our room which was not mentioned. The hotel is right on the flight path of the Split airport and you'll hear the planes all day long as they approach for landing and take-off.

Breakfast served outside - food not protected from flies. One room had upstairs hot tub and cabana. Cabana cushions were stained - area had spider webs. Cabana and tub were not sufficiently private from other units.

What did you like about the property? Everything about our stay was exceptional. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with elegant design, immaculate rooms, and breathtaking views of the Adriatic. The pool area is beautiful and incredibly relaxing, and every part of the property is spotless and well maintained. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Everyone was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the charming old town of Trogir while still offering a peaceful, resort-like atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Absolutely nothing. Our stay exceeded every expectation.

No darkness in the room, but it was ok because I am used to travel with a sleeping mask ?

Lovely pool. Beautiful room. Loved the coffee bar and the staff that went with it. Not wowed by the food. Both breakfast and dinner left me flat.

Small things show wear and inattention, the carpet under my bed was so out of position and folded over itself I couldn’t get it flat, the rocking chair is a nice idea but it had damaged the wall badly, elevator walls were badly scratched and scuffed.

Everything was great, the staff was fantastic and highly service-minded, the room was incredible, and the breakfast, food, and facilities were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure. Nothing with our stay, the weather could have been nicer one day :).

Style Spa is not real spa, just sauna with jacuzzi

The staff are very friendly. They gave us an upgraded room which was larger. The breakfast was exceptional. The AC hadn’t been turned on for the season yet and our room was very warm. We couldn’t open the windows because of street noise and planes landing and taking off until very late at night.

Gorgeous property, friendly staff.

Great hotel, in a great location--close to Trogir and just minutes from the Split airport. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The spa was a little disappointing (main pool was closed, and the secondary pool was a little sad/not too appealing), as was the "beach" that is part of the hotel's namesake.

Great breakfast and very accommodating staff Directly under the flight path to split airport and the pool was a bit grubby. Not much sound proofing in the bedroom corridors meaning a disturbed night
