Clean and quiet place … very close to the Marina,Beach and The Trogir town….near by the very good restaurants and small shops that you can get literally everything! Beautiful view view with balcony …

Airco wasn't very strong even on maximum settings.

Air conditioner didn't work (First world problem)

Close to old town It’s been exceptionally hot and the room air conditioner just can’t keep up.

Great location. Comfy. Very clean. Water pressure was awesome The air wasn’t working , it was uncomfortably hot

Perfect location to stay and get to the airport early the morning we left The waterfront garden restaurant was excellent with great staff and was an easy spot to relax and have dinner. The rooms were small but so well organized with beautiful bathrooms and all very clean.

The building was charming. The staff was kind and helpful. About 10 minutes from the airport.

Restaurant was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable Human interaction was very limited. Mostly done by texts, etc. No elevator nor staff to handle luggage. Exterior stairways (metal) too steep and dangerous

The location it’s ok if you need to charter a boat in the marina and to have a short distance to carry your luggage. You are in a house without elevator, with narrow metalic outside staircase where they put the sheets to dry outside. If you have heavy luggages, go to the gim before coming here. Be very careful, if you don’t clear the room, 10 minutes before the check out, they call you and they are telling you that they throw your luggage in the street!! When we arrived in the room, they already took the sheets out, entered in the room, they didn’t closed the door, our luggage’s were open and accessible to everyone. Don’t go there! They are very disrespectful and this is less than a hostel!

Smaller than thought. Shower head broken.

We in fact had a major problem with lost luggage, but we could not get any information about who to contact at the airport, who would receive the luggage if it were delivered, etc. By chance, we met the owners in the restaurant next to the hotel on our second night there and they gave us the information we needed. But we should have had that information the first date and then we would have recovered our luggage a day or two earlier, avoiding some serious problems about lack of medication, etc.

Nice location very close to Split Airport. Overlooking the Marina with view of the old city of Trogir and a 15th century castle. Short walk to Trogir old town which was amazing. Similar to Split & Dubrovnik but smaller and less crowded.

The room was charming and the location right by the Trogir marina was lovely. There was no reception desk. Booking.com should’ve clarified that there would not be a reception. I would not have necessarily booked the hotel if I had known this.

Location was great - a short walk into the old town along the waterfront. We were glad not to be in the heart of the tourist area. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff around the hotel area and restaurant were friendly and welcoming. Some trouble with online check-in. I had booked two rooms, difficult to enter information on all guests with certainty. Although my partner and I had been together for 4 years, we are still uncomfortable with see through/glass bathroom doors (room 8)..

Loved our balcony over looking Trogir, loved watching the boats sailing by.

I was okay with stairs, staff offered to help, just be aware of stairs.
