Beautiful and modern and clean hotel! Excellent service and breakfast was outstanding. Swimming pool was closed for cleaning all day!

The staff at the bar and breakfast were very helpful. The housekeeper missed our room and we found used coffee pods in our coffee maker. We spoke to the front desk to get new coffee pods and our room made up. She messaged housekeeping and they never came to fix the problem. There was no follow up. Also the front desk staff did not inform us of the cost for parking. We love Embassy Suites usually but this experience was not as expected.

The breakfast was decent, some staff were trying their best to be helpful. The pool was freezing cold. Our room had a pull out couch with no sheets. We had to call and wait for bedding to be brought up and then make the bed (which was a dirty and extremely uncomfortable futon mattress) ourselves. We requested a pack n play and had to call several times to receive it. We were told we were supposed to request it when booking, which we did. I even went back to check and had received a email stating my request for a pack n play was granted before arriving. When it arrived it was broken and had to request another. I believe the woman who helped was a manager but she seemed very overworked and stressed.

Hotel was very nice and clean staff was amazing.

Property was nice and roomy. Staff were excellent - from the front desk, to the bartender and the omelet guy. Really great experience and the beds were comfy too

The free cocktails every night. The two bartenders were very friendly and professional. The wait staff for breakfast were very helpful ad well ad the person making our omelets. One thing was lighting in the bathroom wasn't bright enough to put my make up on.

This was our 3rd time staying at this location and I have to say that I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of our room this stay. The refrigerator was disgusting inside and it appeared that the bathroom floor had not been swept.

We had a amazing visit and will continue to frequent this hotel and tell friends as well.

We got a refund for 1 night due to the system being down. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the whole Hilton system was down so we couldn’t check in and we had to go to a different hotel for the 1st night and then had to go back to the embassy to check in the 2nd night.

The reception staff really need to inculcate hospitality, politeness and caring attitude towards guests. Breakfast was good. On the Expedia booking page, it is mentioned that self-parking is available but did not mention there are charges for parking. We only realized about parking charges at the hotel.

Breakfast was good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Interior view is nice, location is nice. Comfortable setting overall. Will return! Room service wasn't available

The hallway had trash and pieces of food on the floor overnight, uncovered used plates remained outside of rooms for several hours, room floor and sitting area needed vacuuming, couch pillows had what looked like food stuck on them, the shower floor needed cleaned and scrubbing.
