Smooth check in and out. Cons: AC in our room was not working and given that we didnt find out until 11pm when we got back we didnt bother with switching rooms since we were exhausted. Thankfully we cracked the windows and that let some air in. There also was no shower gel in the pump nor was there a replacement bottle in the room so when we showered before bed we had to use shampoo for our bodies.

The wall in our bedroom had what I hope was spaghetti sauce. The pool was dirty and had an overpowering smell of chlorine. At the time of my reservation I requested adjoining rooms. When we checked in the clerk indicated that they did not have adjoining rooms. When we went to our room, we had adjoining rooms. The breakfast buffet was a nice start to the day and had a nice variety.

The breakfast buffet was like warm within 1 hr of opening. Otherwise very comfortable!

No grab bars in the bathroom like their website states. Me and my wife are both disabled which made the bathroom difficult. The pool handicap lift was not working. “We’re in the process of getting replacement parts” is what I was told as my daughter was crying that I couldn’t come in with her.

The location was close to my event. The pool wasn’t inviting!

Nice and clean We had a suite with a pull out couch that didn’t have any bedding, we had to ask for all of it

We enjoyed our stay and one of the better hotels we have stayed at. The beds were comfy and the sheets were so soft. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot. Very clean all over with great staff!

The cheese omelet, link sausage and potato cubes and juice were good. Fresh ground coffee is a plus . The room was clean. We enjoyed our stay

Room with jetted tub was pretty nice, our tubs jets were a bit dirty but easy fix for us we brought wipes to wile them down anyway

We had cockroaches in our bathroom. We had approx 15 we found at 2:30am when the lights were turned on they all scattered. I killed them and saved evidence to show the staff in the morning. They said I would need to get my refund from the third party we booked with.

It's not safe. There was a fight and a late-night disturbance near the windows, which disturbed us and kept us awake. We're worried, and the children are having trouble sleeping after hearing about it.

The room was filthy, the breakfast was stale and nasty, the elevator was old, the carpets dingy, the peeled paint, horrible.

This is the dirtiest hotel I ever visited. Everything is run down and filthy, I did not enjoy the stay!!! It's actually disgusting.
