The airplane noise from the outside ventilators. Rediculous and outragious. When I asked for a another room, I got a smaller one. Which I did not mind. But I still had to pay for the suite.

Was charged 25 dollars per child per night. Although it was supposedly free for 10 and under.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. The rooms are modern and spacious, the water pressure in the shower is perfect and the breakfast options are amazing!

Decent buffet breakfast with everything you would normally expect. The hotel is popular with locals who come for breakfast or brunch so there is actually quite a few people there and a nice atmosphere. The pool was closed for maintenance which was a pain as we we were planning on a pool day.

I like the location, for the most part staff was very friendly and helpful.. especially Heiner, he was extremely courteous and helpful. The bar tender, Pedro made some of the best mojitos I had in Peru. At the restaurant, the staff could be more attentive and friendly. They could benefit from some coaching.
