TOO MUCH TRAFFIC OUTSIDE THE HOTEL

The hot water wasn´t working in our room when we arrieved, we complained the first and second day, after that they placed us in a different room

very nice staff, great bed, very close to plaza de Armas, close to bus terminal of Cruz del Sur and close to transportation to the sites Chan Chan and Huaca de la Luna the noise from the street and constant whistling of traffic police but hotel can not do anything against it. it was quiet at nigh at least if there is not hot water just remind the staff twice abd all will be ok.
