The breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety of choices. The hotel’s location is excellent, with many restaurants, supermarkets, and a small shopping mall nearby. There was no extra toilet paper provided in the room. I recommend placing an additional roll of toilet paper in the bathroom so guests don’t have to go to the restroom repeatedly to get more.

I paid $53 a night which I thought was a little high but it is a nice place.

Room size and layout and furniture selection was very good, aircon was quiet and cool, all very clean and well maintained --- great snooze. Wifi worked well. Breakfast is one of the best spreads I've had recently. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Free parking (limited) on site very safe. Excellent value for money

The first day we didn't receive housekeeping service after coming back from a long day. Not sure why. The beds were harder than we were used to. It wasn't bad, just a bit of a different experience.

The staff was excellent, everyone took such a good care of us, check in and check out were done perfectly, the pick-up from the airport is well organised, the breakfast was excellent. The Internet connection was also reliable. The location was amazing. Recommendations from the hotels regarding organised tours to Chan Chan, Moon Temple and El Brujo, was really valuable, we have fantastic guided tours thanks to the hotel recommendation. Also restaurant that hotel staff recommended were top notch. We really enjoyed our stay. Very minor and personal issue, I love to have yogurt for breakfast, it may be a good idea to feature also natural, not only flavoured ones, just an idea.

Location is about three blocks from the Plaza de Armas. Restaurant on property - food very good. Friendly staff. Street of shops about a block away. Hotel very clean. Pillows were not comfortable.
