I guess it might be more like an aesthetic suggestion, but the naked pipes visible on the ceiling in some parts of the hotel are not a good sight. You should think of fixing thar.

The price It’s absurd. They said to booking that I didn’t go to the hotel and I didn’t do the check-in which is absolitely not true. They said this completely randomly and now booking needs to analyse the case to not give me a penalty. The structure is going some renovation so the reception is only a table and so not-welcoming. We arrived around 9:30 pm starving so we asked if it was possible to use the restaurant service that was indicated in the room. We called and the woman at the reception said that she would ask if the service is available and call again. Of course she didn’t call back but we have to do it after waiting some time and knowing that the service was not available. The breakfast is completely disorganised. The cleaning is standard and seen the price this could be a decent place to stay in. But the service was unprofessional and again, they said that I didn’t go to the hotel which has been the peak of the unprofessional service they provided to us .

bed was comfy and room was clean at check out they decided to stop serving me and serve a different customer who arrive afterwards, very rude and I was in a rush for my bus and had to just leave

It was clean. The service was not very friendly. Very difficult to get help about the city. I speak fairly good Spanish yet the lady at the reception didn’t seem too keen to help me with information. I felt like I was disturbing her.
