Muy bien ubicado, cerca de la Plaza de Armas y algunos terminales terrestres (Cruz del Sur, Allin bus, etc.). El aire acondicionado es un plus y además tuvimos frigobar en la habitación. El personal fue siempre muy atento y amable, especialmente el señor Mario de los desayunos (por cierto, muy ricos y completos también). En general tuvimos una muy buena estadía :)

It’s close to the center of the city and the staff was able to help me schedule a tour. It was extremely loud. The hotel is next to both a soccer court and a very loud road, and the walls were thin so I could hear everything going on in the other rooms. The mattresses were uncomfortably hard and the breakfast was very small.

Everything worked. Hot water. Elevator. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful. Maybe do different fruits for breakfast. Also add some cakes.

It has a colonial facade and the location is exceptional for walking to the Plazas and Mercado The colonial feel is point blank gone once you step outside the Lobby the hotel is not what I anticipated .

The hotel is a beautiful colonial house with spacious and stately common areas. It is located at a 10 minute walk to the city center and just a cool 2 minute walk to a major road full of restaurants, shops and services (laundry, pharmacy, barber, etc.) Staff are friendly and go out of their way to accomodate requests (for example, I asked for a bigger pillow, and I was given one within 20 minutes). The best thing is the air conditioning, since many hotels in Trujillo don't have that, and it is a necessity, because the city is very hot.

The welqas banging at 4am as plumber working on pipes in room above. There was no buffet breakfast as per the pictures. Staff were nice though.

Aircon was good, after changing rooms though. dated hotel that lost its glory.!thin windows, which lets through the deafening street noise of Trujillo. most of the tv channels are blurry/have satellite distortion. dated hotel that lost its glory
