We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house! Everything looked just like the pictures. Since we had informed them in advance that we were traveling with two dogs, they kindly upgraded us to a larger house — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more comfortable. The house was clean and cozy, with a private little garden and a well-equipped kitchen. The parking space was convenient, and the location was ideal for exploring the island, which is actually quite big. There were pharmacies, cafes, and other essentials nearby. Although we only stayed a short time, we felt very welcome. The hosts were warm and kind, and even gave us a small gift when we were leaving — such a sweet touch!

This is a family-owned and run venue and you receive a very high level of attention. From the initial welcome and check-in, through the whole stay, there is always someone there to help you, and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend looking at their website before you book as there are lots of services that are not obvious from the initial booking. They can provide breakfast, the beds are made and the villas are cleaned every day. The complex is stunningly landscaped, it truly is a beautiful place. However, with the lush vegetation come mosquitoes which can be frustrating.

Loved everything about this property. We were greeted and treated like family. The grounds and villas are stunning. Meticulously maintained. Breakfast to order was fresh, homemade and delicious. Above all, the special touches by the owners made us feel so welcome.

the location was perfect. Down the road, was bouka beach. Really great organised beach. The place has a lot of green, trees plants and flowers, that help you relax and uplifts you. the owner and the staff made me feel like home. They brought my coffee to my room with the complimentary coffee biscuits. The actual room was amazing had everything and the owner told me if I need anything else. Not to hesitate and ask. I highly recommend it, for a couple / couples or families. I go to zakynthos every year. from now on that's where I will be staying. I can't think of anything

Property was exceptional, couldn’t fault a single bit. We liked the view from our window pure mind calming. Elaine the lady owner was lovely. She brought us fresh eggs in the morning and olive oil from her trees. We liked it all

Stunning lovely area! Probably the cleanest place I've EVER stayed in! Very friendly staff/ owners. Would stay back there again in a heartbeat.. also made a cat friend which I adored!! Great location, old greek cottage style. Free homemade wine on arrival! Pool was filled just as we left but was really nice! Showering had to be done by hand.

We visited Ktima Kourou by the end of the summer season and had a wonderfull time. The host is very friendly. It´s peacefull place in beautiful green garden, really nice, clean and romantic stone villa. And breakfast in outside terrace with fresh fruit was great ! Flowers were still blooming, birds were singing, it was like a small place from farytale.

Pool and garden are exceptional There were big leaks in the home. Staff didn't seem to mind. Slipped/fell a couple of times because someone was showering and at random locations water fell on the slippery tiles on the ground floor. Showers otherwise near unusable because it was either burning hot or cold. Told the staff, didn't seem bothered. 2/4 beds were very hard.

Absolutely stunning location. A short stroll to the beach, a mini supermarket at the top of the road, with an abundance of places to eat within a 10-15 minute walk. We paid for breakfast for the first morning as we were getting in late, it was laid out as a spread and was delicious, we also had the pleasure of dining with the tortoises right outside our front door, and even spotted the baby tortoise once in our 3 day stay, so keep your eyes peeled! The apartment itself was stunning, very traditional with lots of rustic furniture and was cleaned everyday with our towels being replaced each time. The pool area was so cute and for some reason we had it to ourselves during the time we were there, even though there were others staying in other apartments. It felt like a little peaceful haven and can’t wait to go back. Staff were also so friendly and really made us feel welcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, and really can’t wait to stay here again if we book Zakynthos again! Noisy cockerels but also part of the charm.. you feel one with nature!
