Location right in airport Noisy, pods were hot - little temp control, hard to get in an out of bottom pod. Shower / restrooms not clean and tidy. Broken hooks, tile etc

A bit claustrophobivlc but perfect for what I needed

I chose to stay here because I travelled for a long time and knew I will be very tired. I am thankful that I did not moved from the airport and was able to rest more. The air conditioning was a bit high and got the chills, apart from that my stay was so good.

Near airport No usb-c port

Location and convenience between connections make this hotel an option. The pods are practical and functional. Check-in and check-out process are quick and easy. The pod was NOT clean, they were traces of coffee in many places, as well as hair on the bedding. Also, the bathroom was not clean either.

My luggage locker was broken

Location. Takes a lot of the issues out of trying to take a taxi at 4:00 am to get to the airport for example. Nothing

Convenient, reasonable price, relatively clean. The air inside the pod not very refreshing. The shower had no hot water.

Clean beds, hot showers, fast wifi, incredible location. Best value accommodation for an overnight stay when transiting between the international and domestic terminals (only an 11 minute walk between the two) Capsules were not soundproof. Not too much of a problem, but you can hear the whirring of the other room locks opening and closing in the morning.

Ideally situated to save the hassle of going into Kuta for a short stay between flights

Convent and good price odiously small

It was clean, it has good showers and toilettes. The cabin is a bit warm, the a/c or fan it has is not sufficient

Convenient location for early flights or late arrivals. Saves us going into town for hotels by taxi and then returning a short time later on some occasions Just minor thing like the charger in the pod supports USB but not a port for USB-C which is getting more and more common.

Loved the location - so convenient! Facility was really clean and liked my little space. Staff was really nice and helpful. Place gets a bit loud and couldn't figure out how to use all the buttons in the room.

There are towel,TV,blanket,USB port. I spent comfortably time in there.thanks

This was the perfect place to get some rest and stretch out during a layover between flights. It is right there in the airport and food options are steps away.

Easy to find, easier to check and have a good night's rest during a long layover. They also have showers, free water, toothbrush, TV, and wifi in the pod. And you can just take the escalator to the third floor for all of your dining / shopping needs.

I liked the full experience. Staff, location, price, amenities all were good my stay and their flexibility is amazing for late night red eye travelers. They understand and they are open 24/7. I liked the full experience and will do it again.

It was handy that the location was right in the airport so when we arrived we could check straight in and leave first thing in the morning again. The size of the capsules were spacious and had lovely lighting options. The capsules smelt a bit - they could be aired out more between customers. The other beds were very squeaky so whenever someone got in or out it would wake me up. Earplugs could be supplied for this.
