Room is okay Continental breakfast area is full of flies , I am end up getting sick stomach because, leave the foods on the open

Only good thing is that it looks good at first, but th longer you stay in the room, you will see why is so cheap Aircon seems to create condensation in the room, making all floor soaking wet, walls cold and humid, not safe to stay there

Near the airport Dirty Bathroom, Room floors partially clean, Old fixtures, Dirty Glass doors, mosquitoes inside the room, very poor lighting insode the room

We were party of 2 - sisters, stayed for 1 night in a deluxe room with twin bed. We appreciated that the hotel upgraded our room - much appreciated! and the fact that we had twin beds. The room was spacious and comfortable. The AC was cold. Water pressure was good, enjoyed the warm shower after long drive from Singaraja. We love it that it was very close to the airport where we need to be the next day and close to restaurant where we took our family dinner there. Staffs were also super nice and helpful. Didnt wait for long to get the lighting in the bathroom fixed and delivered water upon request. We also love the fact that the room has balcony so we can enjoy a bit of fresh air. The room can also be almost completely dark in the evening that helped me to sleep better. We had a bit of issue with the lamp in the bathroom. Technicians came twice to fix it, but later on still not completely fixed, but we were ready to sleep anyway. AC may need to be fixed so that it doesnt make too much noise in the evening.

Rooms comfy friendly staff Bathroom needs cleaning better and the mosque next door loud bugle and singing prayers late at night and 5am. That I wasn't happy about at all

The hotel is very close to the heart of Kuta. It was great value as we only booked for 1 night to be close to the airport for our late flight as we wanted to do a bit of shopping in Kuta before we left Bali. We were able to have a shower, freshen up, rearrange our bags in the AC before the short drive to airport. The rooms are not in the best condition, and could definitely be cleaner! Also the rooms are not sound proofed, it would be hard to get a good night's sleep.
