Quick easy check in, however our TV didn’t work and nobody would fix it so we sat there all night with nothing. And check out was ridiculous they started calling and beating on our door at 10 am. Even though we requested a 12 pm late check out. Then they called a beat on the door again at 10:30am, 11am, 11:15am an 11:30. Not sure how the lady kept forgetting about our late ck out after we told her the first time she called an woke us up at 10am. But the room was cleaned everything else was fine but having no Tv the hole time

Staff is nice I’ve stayed here several nights and it said online it was $25 refundable fee that I didn’t receive for any of my stays and the man at the front keep saying there is no deposit?????????

The area isn’t bad. Not too much traffic. They don’t want you to book through third party, they over charge at the desk. If you pay online they want you to check out at 11 and recheck back in at 3 not even caring that you could possibly lose your room to a new coming customer that booked online. The fees are astronomically high and the customer service is terrible. These people are rude and don’t care about your inconveniences when you’re paying your money to stay at an EXTENDED STAY HOTEL. Not to mention they have a bug problem. Roaches everywhere.

Staff was a new guy! He was very nice! Got to my room 116 and folks was sitting in cars. Got into my room appeared bigger floor was nasty. I wiped down and asked front desk if I could get my money back. They told me to notify Hotels.com. Tub was nasty and roaches and nats,appeared out of nowhere!

The doors were filthy with fingerprints and just dirt. The ceiling was peeling in the shower area. Do not be fooled by the picture on the website. Most of the furniture look like thirdhand pass me down. The best thing about this motel is that it sits close to the interstate, and it is close to eateries.

N/A EVERYTHING THING WAS HORRIBLE I THOUGHT BY REBOOKING THE HOTEL AND CHANGING MY ROOM WOULD BENEFIT ME MORE BUT HELL NOOO I CHOOSE A DOUBLE ROOM THINKING MORE SPACE LOL NOPE ROOM WAS SMALLER ROOM WASN'T CLEANED PROPERLY I HAD NO TABLE FOR ME TO EAT NO CHAIRS THE COFFEE MACHINE WAS DIRTY HAD THE WRONG KIND OF COFFEE THERE WAS ROACHES YOU CALL FRONT DESK NO ANSWER THEN WHEN THEY CALL YOU BACK NUMBER POPPED UP AS SCAM LIKELY AND TO TOP IT OFF THE FRONT DESK PERSON SHE ACTUALLY THERE EVERY DAY SO SHE MUST BE THE LEAD TRIED TO SCAM ME SAID I DIDN'T PAY FOR MY ROOM BUT BEFORE THAT SHE HAD CHARGED MY CARD A 10$ FEE TALKING ABOUT A SERVICE FEE HOW DF I PAYING A SERVICE FEE WHEN ALLEGEDLY I DIDN'T PAY FOR MY ROOM LIKE SHE STATED WHICH I HAD A CONFIRMATION NUMBER I PAID THREW BOOKING SITE THAT ALSO STATED I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY NOTHING AT PROPERTY SHE GOT UPSET WITH ME N MUST GAVE ME THE WORST ROOM AND WHEN I COMPLAINED SHE STATED WAS THE ONLY DOUBLE WHEN CLEARLY ON THE BOOKING SITE IT STATED OTHERWISE I UNDERSTAND THIS ISNT A 5 STAR HOTEL BUT FOR MY MONEY WORTH THIS PLACE IS TRASH ASH PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE UNLESS U HOMELESS OR SOMETHING
