Disappointing

Booked the room on line, I liked the price and location. I showed up pretty late11pm or so. There was no one for check in so after looking around a bit I saw thw kiosk, yes they were checking guest in remotely 2nd red flag. So I proceeded to try the kiosk they guy came on horrible English or course and the speaker was so loud it was echoing which made it more difficult to hear him. 3rd red flag.. after still trying to check in with this machine person.. a screen popped up and it asked what room you prefer pets or smoking.. that was the only options.. at this point I'm like naw im good but I tried to proceed anyway, then the universe intervened and the pay screen wouldn't work.. the guy says let me get the I.T person to help, I said no, and backed out the door, locked my card and paid $150 more and went to a place more suitable, if you are looking for some unsavory things this is probably your place, if you want service STAY AWAY

The shower didn't work, and when I went to the front desk, they didn't resolve the issue; the air conditioning didn't work either. Also, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but the moment I opened the door, it smelled like marijuana.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I booked for 5 nights with my family and their rooms are infested with roaches. I am trying to get my money back from Expedia this was a nightmare!

they charge you extra money for taxes and fees even though they charge you online as well. and they don't even have the same fee as said in black and white online. extra sur charges

It was nice but coffee maker didn’t work but what ever I really didn’t care.

I usually go here to get away and it’s been OK. This time when I went it was awful. I went to take a shower and the shower didn’t even have the button to go from tub to shower. they end up giving me another one. They gave me a room and one in it. All the furniture was old in the room and the door looked like it had mold on it. I opened the refrigerator. It has not been cleaned and I don’t know how long and it had food or crumbs all in the cracks of the door of the refrigerator. I’m very frustrated with this issue. I checked out and left.

Most concerning was that I suffered bed bug bites during my stay, representing an extreme health and safety violation. When I addressed these issues with the front desk, the maintenance staff was unprofessional, suggesting I should not have stayed there, and management dismissed my request for an adjustment or refund at checkout without any further follow-up or resolution. From the dirty windowsill and broken door trim to the damaged bathroom tiles, the overall condition of the room was deplorable. Save yourself the stress and choose a different location.

Secluded location Room was nice prepared nice. Shower head was messed up, dead bugs in the room, and mid night a horrible water leak from light fixture in bathroom flooded the room.

Location Disgusting. Didn't get anything I paid for! Roach infestation, no table or chairs. Shower curtain fell on my head. Wasn't even attached to the wall. The refrigerator leaked the whole time. Roaches inside the fridge and freezer. Smoke detector didn't work. The tub was horrible. I had to go to Planet fitness to shower. Me and my daughter.

Had plumbing issues with sick. Told front desk and not sure if problem was fixed or not. Stay was for one night.
