Great facility!

Rooms were clean, the lobby was fully stocked with anything you may need or forgotten. Staff was so friendly and even remembered our faces and would acknowledge us when walking back in. Breakfast was simple but plenty of sitting space we went during a game for the World Cup.

Our room was clean, however the beds were worn out and too soft. They caused us to have back pain. Also, the sheets and bed were hot which caused us to not sleep well. The shower and bathroom were excellent with a lot of counter space. The breakfast was O.K., but not great. They had no hashbrowns, no hard boiled eggs, no pastries like muffins or danish only plain yogurt with no fresh berries to add to it. The scrambled eggs were too salty and the orange juice tasted bitter. The free breakfast buffet includes cooked eggs, bacon or sausage, plain yogurt, pancakes, bagels, english muffins, apples, whole fruit-bananas and oranges, oatmeal with a few toppings, coffee and juice, The hotel has a free water bottle refill station and ice machine in the lobby area. Also, there is a board near the elevator with info about things to do in Seattle and bus info. The front desk staff were nice. The parking fee is ridiculous considering it is just a locked gate. Anyone can walk into the parking lot because there is not a fence around the entire parking lot. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby including fast food-Panda Express, Subway, etc. We would not stay here again because of the worn out beds caused us to get poor sleep.

The staffs are very friendly, the room is clean and spacious, amenities are good. Walking distance to Westfield and Target so it’s conveniently located Will recommend

Good location and close to shopping. Away from the crowds.

Excellent stay. My only complaint was I had to pay $15 for parking. Parking should be included.

Will never stay in a Tru property again. The room was uncomfortable with no place to sit, no closet space and not a relaxing environment. Too modern and simple for my taste. It was very clean just cold and overpriced.

Clean and friendly Location of my last room

Great location and easy access to shopping and restaurants

Clean and spacious room with the bathroom designed for persons with disability. However, it's hard to keep the floors dry. I was also surprised to pay for a parking fee which was not disclosed on the reservation. Breakfast also was included.

Limited TV channels available. Very good transit service to downtown Seattle. Semi express route 150.

I wish they had free parking, they have a big lot which is mostly empty anyway

The bad part, I think the walls and floors of that hotel were made out 1 sheet of plywood or drywall. We could hear every flush in the bathrooms from the other rooms or when they are showering or using the hair blower. When there were people on the above floor, it was like someone was stomping on purpose like doing a rain dance. Unfortunately, during our stay, people seemed to be in and during middle of night and didn’t seem to stop until around 2-3am, it was really hard to get some sleep. Overall, it was a good stay due to the staff, clean room, good free breakfast and location of the area. Very close to shopping centers, food and entertainment.

I liked the complementary breakfast. It was quiet and clean. Bathroom was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was close to stores like Total Wine and Target. When paying they wouldn’t take my digital card to match ID or pay with was a bummer and wasn’t told about the security deposit until after.
