3rd time staying here. Our family of 4 soon to be 5 as this time around my wife was pregnant love staying here. Great facilities, rooms are good size, accomodated room close to elevator. Shuttle service is awesome. We didnt have a chance to use the spa. Maybe next time. Yes we will be back. Room service hours should be later in my opinion. Great options downstairs but if I have to order downstairs since I was not allowed to over phone at 10pm then I can uber anything. Defeats the purpose if im going down then back up for 30 min then back down. Bit of a nuissance. Only one hook in bathroom for 4 of us. Bathroom behind door near the toilet area could use a convenient hook.

The hotel had a quality feel and the rooms were very well equipped and nicely furnished. Very pleased with our stay. Needing to provide ID to go from the hotel into the casino in the evening.

Is I was very well maintained friendly, helpful staff - a beautiful hotel! We take a four day trip once a year we don’t even gamble. We just stay there because it is so nice and there’s so many things to do within half an hour. Love it all!
