I picked because of the breakfast being included and the convenient location. Clean room, plenty of parking, and quiet. I plan to return again

Clean rooms and great staff

Hotel was in a quiet area near Tulsa Hills restaurants and shopping. Beds were very comfortable, breakfasts have been upgraded since our previous stay. Pool is outdoors, no hot tub.

Quiet and clean. Did not have a King handicapped available..

There was a noise level above us and nothing was done after we call to the front desk to notify them of the stomping. There was pest control issue (ants) found in the other bed. They offered to come change the sheets.

Unfortunately, the TV did not work in our original room on the first night, so the staff moved us to a different room. In the second room, the TV worked, but we were unable to stream anything. There was also no hand soap in the room, so we had to call the front desk to have some brought up. In addition, the bathroom door would only lock if it was slammed shut. Although the staff was helpful and accommodating, we were disappointed that no compensation or other gesture was offered for the inconvenience of changing rooms and continuing to have TV issues. Overall, the stay was decent, but better room maintenance and quality checks would have made the experience much better.

The property was new when I stayed. Lower end construction but impecable staff and housekeeping practices. Would stay again when needing basic hotel with excellent cleanliness.

I’m halfway through a Route 66 roadtrip and this is by far my favorite place to stay. The room was immaculate and the staff (Rod) was incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking was wonderful and the whole experience has wanting to return.

Newer hotel with clean rooms convenient for what we needed

Like like a brand new property, rooms are small but very clean. Hot breakfast is available with coffee, eggs, potatoes and sausage and other usual breakfast foods. Overall a 5* hotel.

The hospitality is always great at this location. My family and I always stop here when we are traveling from Texas to Iowa.

We were woken up by fire alarm. We were startled then we found it was a false alarm. Bedding was comfortable. Loved the pillows
