the place was down right dirty milk expired, flys all over the food the hosts were RUDE and they charged my twice for for my stay would NOT RECOMMEND, THE EVENING CLERK. was incompetent and didn't know what he was doing . the ven his co worker said so. AC didn't work and some more disgusting

The lobby was hot and stuffy. The “nonsmoking room” smelled like an ash tray. I was assigned a second room, but the wall with the ac unit was moldy. We accepted the third choice simply because my husband is disabled and was completely worn out.

Room was clean and staff was great.

The room was very hot and muggy. The air conditioner barely worked and didn’t cool down room even after turning it on and leaving for a while and coming back. There was a very odd smell in the room almost like damp sweaty sock smell. Ended up not staying the full night and left early because it wasn’t comfortable to sleep with how warm it was.

When i wanted to wind down, I was looking forward to some TV but the channels were few. But bed was comfortable and that is what matters most

I work in a corporate company and the front desk didn't want to provide a check out receipt after me staying in this establishment. During my stay my room also smell like cigarettes in a very strong way almost like someone next door to my room was smoking inside the room. Staff didn't do anything to solve the problem and all my belongings smell like cigarettes now.

The beds were covered in bed bugs… absolutely disgusting

Staff was horrible, ice machine was down so no ice. TV didn't work and had to change rooms.

The location was good for what we needed. There was an Outback restaurant in walking distance. Breakfast at hotel was good although we always had to ask to have things refilled. The hotel condition left alot to be desired. The elevator didn’t work well at all. The fuse boxes in hallways were not locked, our tub would not hold water, sink drained very slow, holey sheets, hardly any shampoo/conditioner ( asked to be refilled but didn’t), litter in stairway, ice machine broken, workers were kind

Cannot recommend.

There was no running toilet the bed was on the floor because the frame had broken. The air conditioner, barely ran, and that was the only room they had available manager attempted to make it like I was lying about the toilet and everything.

no working ice machine, fridge wasn't even slightly cold And had to throw out food I brought, TV had a broken screen at the top and half of the shows just constantly buffered, the only option to switch was a room that didn't lock from the outside. also had to go buy febreeze for the awful smell

Very run down. Breakfast was sparse, and ran out of things almost an hour before it was scheduled to be over. Nobody at front several times when I needed to ask for things like soap or towels because the room didn’t have any. The pool was ridiculously cold so unusable. The beds were comfortable, though, but the bathroom was grimy.
