Days Inn by Wyndham Southern Hills/ORU

It was HORRIBLE! Air conditioning didnt work room 260 then got moved to room 262 air conditioning! Email me or text me for further info! For some reason it won’t let me say what I lnow is wrong!

The only problem I have is I haven't received my $50.00 deposit that I put on my debit card when I checked in ,and it's been 5 days since I checked out ,so when you pay your deposit make sure it's cash that way you get it when you check out ,but that's the only problem I had there

The room was WAY too hot. I sat there for 90 minutes and it did not cool down. The AC unit would run for a few minutes, then blow hot for a few minutes. I asked to be moved to another room and was told they all would be just as hot. None of the common spaces were cool. And while I was at the desk asking for another room, a guest came in with a fan he had just purchased. When I tried to get a refund, the desk guy lied again and said they had upgraded my room (never offered) and the AC was working fine (I took a picture of myself completely overheated after sitting in the room for 90 minutes). So I ended up paying for two hotel rooms because I had to go to a different hotel. In addition, the bed cover had a stain on it and the room smelled. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The slow flushing toilet and the sink not draining good and the rust on the door

Facility was ok. The room was NOT good. TV did not work, shower curtain rod was broken. Lampshades were broken. Lights were all unplugged. Room was 87 degrees, AC took 6 hours to cool room down to manageable temperature.. had to go out and buy fan to move air. Room smelled musty. At 2:20AM, someone decided to run a vacuum cleaner. Hallways were not temperature controlled. Hot and humid. Afternoon staff was disrespectful asking why I had attitude when their staff was rude when I arrived early. Don’t try to check in early…they will turn you away without hesitation.

The room was 80+ when we got in there. There were not enough outlets (maybe3) and the faucet for the sink wasn’t attached to the countertop…never again.

This place is a hazard. Doors boarded up on the outside, a weekly rental sign is on the marquee, $299 special. Wyndham and Expedia need to pay close attention to property conditions. And the odor at the front desk was nauseating. Don't waste your time or money on this place

Worst stay we have had in years of traveling. Place was dirty and hotel was rundown. We had booked for 4 nights but left after 3 nights when at 3am, our door was opened by two people who had been booked to our room by hotel staff who must have thought the room was empty. Also photos of the hotel and rooms were not the same as real life.

Our room was very outdated and very no frills. Desk clerk didn't speak English very well and would not honor my AARP discount because i booked online. It was close to our destination for an overnight stay but would not be my first choice if I visit again. Not nearly as nice as the pictures posted on their website.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Worst place ever. It stunk no fresh towels. When I asked they said laundry was closed and it was locked until morning that is unacceptable for any establishment

Room was dirty and smelled funny. The hotel was not what the pictures depicted. I did not feel safe and returned my keys to front desk because I was not going to stay a night but still got charged because they refused to refund me.
