Hampton Inn Tulsa-Sand Springs

I had a horrible experience 8.14 - 8.16and want a refund. A dog vomit in the elevator and it caused me to be nauseous as well. A firm alarm went off after midnight, we were not given any instructions as to what to do and then it went off again minutes later still no instructions. We had to drive back home in the morning for 9 hours to Louisiana. Very upsetting and unsettling. J R

This was the dirtiest and most run down Hapton Inn I have experienced. Overflowing trash cans and 1000 of nats everywhere around the trash by the lobby bathrooms. Over 100° all week and the a/c in the pool area was not pn and the pool was like a sauna. It was hotter and more uncomfortable in the pool area than it was outdoors. I must say with the exeption of the water rot and wobbling glass doors, it was by far the best water pressure i could ever wish for. Absolutely incredible. Housekeeping was very nice and attentive to the rooms. Choose otherwise.

Jetted tub was broken. And the toilet didn’t work

Terrible urine/pet stench immediately hit us as the elevator door opened on the second floor. The toilet and air conditioner in 224 were sleep disturbingly loud. Hallways not vacuumed. Our hard floors, especially closet floor, had not been swept. Linen was fresh and crisp. Hotel. Com should consider removing from partnership m.

***Did not like the sofa and pull out bed! Sofa was hard not comfortable to sit on and the pull out bed mattress was Horrible!! You could clearly see the springs through the mattress! Could not sleep on it!! We were very disappointed!!

Bathtub wouldn’t drain. Room smelled like urine

I pulled up and immediately noticed the landscaping was not up to par. The front desk staff was so sweet. I felt pretty safe staying there with my 9 year old son, but at the same time I could see where others may not. The room wasn’t dirty but it was clean like you want a hotel room to be. It didn’t smell fresh and the bedding looked clean but didn’t smell clean. We probably would have left but we checked in too late prior to an event we needed to be at and were in a hurry. It’s little things like the chord to the iron was all bunched up and looked like it hadn’t been addressed in a while. The ac unit was falling apart but worked. There were smudges on doors and walls. It may have been surface cleaned but not deep cleaned. The staff was very nice and so were the guests walking around so that was helpful in my attitude towards the hotel.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Good breakfast selection.

This was an overnight stop while traveling. Hotel condition and location were just okay. Hotel breakfast was just okay - expected better from a Hilton property.

Staff was great. The rooms are very damp/humid; I spoke with other visitors and they confirmed the same. Our shower had a leak and had water running across the bathroom floor. The breakfast options were good.

When we got there the pool was green. We went to the front desk and asked they said it was supposed to be green but the bottom had jewelry in it and lots of dirt. They said they don't have a vacuum to get it out but would try to get the stuff out. We go back in the morning and they did get the jewelry out but the dirt is still on the bottom. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking to go swimming other than that it is decent.
