Clean, friendly and helpful staff. great location! Nothing.

Close to midnight, there was a strong noise but it lasted only 5-10 minutes.

It's a 10+ minutes short drive to "Parque Nacional Jaguar. The street is lined with shops, restaurants, bars , coffee shops The hotel is next a bar. The bar plays very loud music till 5:00 am

It was very clean, excellent location, the staff was very helpful and welcoming. The only window in the room was facing the hallway and not the outside so for me it wasnt that nice, but other than that everything was fine.

It is a very clean hotel. ADO bus terminal is 300 m. Coffee places, restaurants, shops bike/car rentals are everywhere. You are in the middle of the party place/Centro. It is a budget hotel in the middle of the town. This street is the main street and it is a party place.The hotel was very, very noisy; there was no toilet seat. There is a window in the room but it is an indoor window, it is onto the corridor. All the rooms have windows only to the corridor. This building is a long building surrounded by other ones, so they could open windows only to the inside corridor. So you can hear all other guests and next door there is a night club/bar, the loud music is on all the night. Plus there are other noises, you can hear a very loud machine? Or the voice of air-conditioning all night.

Terrible service and not very accommodating. The room was filled with mildew and no proper ventilation. There was no facilities whatsoever and the host wouldnt even give me an iron, which was sitting in the reception area. I can only say that the cleaning staff was friendly but thats about it. Wont be staying here again.

It’s really loud at nights, you basically can’t fall asleep until 2 am. And the place overall is very small and humid. And shower head has very very tiny water running. It’s almost impossible to take a shower

It was clean, complimentary soap and good location. It's very noisy in the evenings, because there are nightclubs on either side. The room has no windows, so it's very dark and moist. The door to reception was closed most of the time, and the receptionist didn't speak much English, and therefore didn't share any information upon check-in. He sighed any time I'd ask him a question. A fridge in the rooms would be very nice to have.

The property is conveniently located in the center of Tulum, with many restaurants, pubs, and clubs nearby. The room is beautifully decorated. On the first day, we were given a room where a swarm of ants appeared, getting into our backpacks and belongings. We reported the issue to the receptionist on duty and requested a room change. The receptionist didn’t seem concerned and claimed they had no available rooms, which was clearly untrue. Eventually, we were moved to another room, but we were never offered an apology.

Staff assisted to book a tour, shower was really good, close to ADO bus stop, close to a side street that had nice restaurants. Bed was uncomfortable and it was quite noisy

Ver clean and well located. Staff is very helpful My room had many defects, AC remote not working, no hand towel, light bulb malfunction, shower badly installed so all the water went into bathroom and room. Mentioned to staff and they were willing to help just made my stay not ideal.

Room was not so clean. They didnt change the towels and all the towels had stain on. Our bathroom lamp was broken and they didn’t fix it !! We stayed there 4 days with broken lamp. There was a woman on the reception, she was very rude
