Big rooms Location is far from everything.

The staff was very helpful and nice before and throughout the stay. The room is very stylish. The yoga classes were of high quality, I really enjoyed it. There was parking with security cameras next to it. The room had a very bad smell of humidity overall and sometimes bad smell from the sink. The toilet could barely flush. In the last day I realized there is mold on the wall. The bed was not comfortable. But overall given the price it’s probably value for money

This hotel is an oasis of greenery, calm and beauty. The rooms are huge, the pool is lovely and the yoga shala and free classes were wonderful, lead by thoughtful skilled instructors. The breakfast was beautiful, plentiful and very tasty. Highly recommend.

This my place in Tulum! The room is big and beautiful and the staff so nice. So quiet and comfortable. I ve been there 5 times yet and will go again

The location is beautiful, the pool area is really nice, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are incredibly helpful - Diana, Gonzalo, and Sofia were amazing, both with helping us organize transportation and tools as well as giving us WONDERFUL recommendations within the area. It's not completely central, but downtown Tulum is about 10 minutes away on foot. The complimentary yoga lessons were really nice, both teachers provided sessions tailored to the skill level of the participants.

The location is perfect, close to many cafe, restaurants and city life. Bike 10 USd per day was literally rotten. I dont mind the price, but maybe quality could be better. What they offerd should have been free.

Rooms are huge and super clean. Oscar, the concierge was super nice and the star is the cat, Mistica that I fell in love with:)). I’m looking forward to return.

The location was perfect. Close to the center of everything but also a private little jungle oasis away from the busy city. The grounds were spotless, the room was amazing and the staff were very helpful and kind.

I love the place, quiet and relaxing and stuff were nice to us. Good breakfast ?

This place has nice rooms and a good shower but for the rest we were very underwhelmed. The breakfast was okay but took forever to be made : ( The swimming pool area is nice but could do with some nice music maybe and it could also do with being fumigated as it's a mosquito haven out there! We were able to go to the free yoga one morning of our 2 night stay but were not impressed. The teacher was late and then was completely distracted and actually quite rude to me during the class. The bathroom design (concrete floors) makes it absolutely lethal when wet and both me and my husband almost broke our necks on the slippery floors. Overall we felt that the hotel is really over priced and needs a lot of improvement to feel like a resort rather than just a simple base.

The hotel style and the staff service. Location was good and rooms very spacious. Pool area was lovely if a little small. Breakfast was excellent. The quality of the towels was very poor and aside from sitting on one side of the pool there were no open areas to sunbathe

Good

Safe and calm, large room and good privacy. Very clean and comfortable. Convenient parking spot and well located. As a frequent traveler there I will definitely book again when the price is good. The room/safe door keys needs practice to be operated. Strong cat pee scent on my porch. Yoga class would be nicer if earlier.

The fact that there were no ceiling fan in the room.

Bit on the pricier site of hotels, but really really nice. Felt super comfortable staying there as a female solo traveler!

the service was top tier!!! everyone was very friendly and helpful. they even gave us tips to save money! never experienced that in Mexico ever. all the recommendations they gave are affordable and one of the best places/restaurants! shout out to rodrigo who guards at night and still cook us the best breaksfast with so much love and care. and with the a smile! so hard working! and to Oscar who gave us the best tips ever while were there. saved so much money with food, places, excursions and transportation. he made sure he finds us the best deals and made sure taci drivers and atv renters are not reaping us off! he works double shifts and yet always there to help us! cheers for having this kind of team!

Room was beautiful and secluded. The decor was very chic and a huge bed! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the edge of the Main area which was fine for me, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around after dark. A few mosquitos but to be expected so close to the jungle!
