Nothing Everything

Nice room with balcony open to non-maintained jungle with open (non-swimming) cenote. Easy access to downtown central area 10-15 minutes walk. Very polite staff! Poor internet (non-functioning or super slow); sad to say no-hot water. In winter holiday be good to at least warm not stone cold shower! Pool area lounge equipment tattered and non-inviting.

The location is convient and the sunrise view from the rooftop is nice. Beds were comfy. The best part of the stay was the cooperation with the hotel next door for breakfast. For a quick stay it’s ok. But it’s poor and needs updating. It’s ok for a quick stay. The pictures make the place look nice but reality is that it’s deteriorating and needs fixing, updating and maintenance. Pictures of our room included a balcony with furniture no furniture. Made a reservation for 3 people had only 2 towels. Didn’t even have a towel for the floor. The little pond they have in the courtyard smells bad of swampy water. Internet didn’t work in the room, which was our requirement. Told the receptionist who said they had something changed the other day and they would send someone to look at it and they never did. The elevator is old and takes forever to open, close & move. The upstairs terrace furniture is in horrible condition, stained, ripped. The pool looks terrible it’s chipping. The booking pictures are old falsely advertised.

Nothing-hotel is on a very busy road, we couldn’t sleep due to the traffic and the noise from outside. Very poor hygiene, sheets stained, towels in very bad condition, no internet connection, uncomfortable beds !

Good location No breakfast, had to go to another hotel and the staff were rude. The hotel was rather noisy as workman were staying there. I have asked the hotel for a zero account receipt but they have so far .

Breakfast was OK. Location right in the center, close to supermarket and restaurants. Internet was sketchy sometimes.

The location The noise, multiple people trying to enter our room and different hours of the nights, our safe was broken, the room was not as modern as the pictures show and was not as clean as you would expect.

Breakfast was not on site, but at a nearby restaurant, good breakfast, good service. Hotel was nice and clean, staff was kind and helpful, all good. Not a big deal for us, but no onsite parking.

Rooftop pool was lovely and nice sunbeds to lay down on. Location wise it’s about 10/15 min walk from the main downtown area with the restaurants and bars but not too bad. Room was clean and spacious, nice balcony. Bed was very uncomfortable, bumpy mattress and hard pillows. Shower was also cold more than once.

The location was good, on the main street. Having to go to another hotel for breakfast. Generally early morning/late evening noise disturbing.due to location of the room. Basic room facilities, no tea/coffee facilities. Not able to use the patio, only one seat, no sun.

Location People make I lot of noise sadly! Woke me up 2 times , 2 days !

Exceptional

As soon as we entered the hotel lobby there was a weird smell of sewer and that was through out the hotel.
