No mini fridge in the room, no coffee in the room.

There were no windows in the rooms. The AC was not as comfortable.

Room was very specious and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast could be better.

1. Location was superb - across from a massive grocery that we went to several times, 5 mins from many top restaurants and bars, 5min walk from our tour pick up point, lots of ATMs everywhere 2. Loved the aesthetic of the hotel - the hotel entrance and greenery, gravel floors, the room decorations (paintings, cups, jug of water, the unexpected by lovely humidifier and ambient sounds device), the pool area and breakfast area. 3. Very helpful staff - booked us taxis and was so friendly 4. Price was excellent 5. Breakfast was nice - not too much, not too little and tasty 6. Pool was great 1. Wifi did not work well on the roof by the pool 2. There was a bad smell from the sink in my room that did not go away

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel room had great air conditioning to beat the heat… and the hotel itself was located in a very convenient area. It’s right across the street from a supermarket and close to many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! The rocks in the hallways were aesthetically, beautiful, but hard to roll our bags on. It would’ve been nice to have more breakfast options, but it was still a good breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I speak very little Spanish and they were very patient with my attempts and helped correct me/teach me some words. Location is great as it’s a short walk away from the main hustle and bustle of the main road, so feels a little quieter. The supermarket opposite was very convenient. I read reviews of people complaining about the breakfast, but I thought it was perfect. A balanced, filling meal and great start to your day. I was here 8 nights and didn’t feel it to be repetitive as you can mix it up. I found it to be a nice place to stay for the price I don’t have complaints.

The hotel is lovely and modern and very good value for money as well as in a good location. Only negatives were that the pool could have been slightly cleaner and the only option at breakfast is fruit to start and then eggs afterwards. My wife doesn’t eat eggs so this was slightly disappointing

The place is beautiful and a real wee haven away from the heat. The roof top pool was unexpected and underused, to my advantage (I had it to myself the two times I used it). Overall I felt very safe there and was very relaxed and chilled out until a group of younger ones came over the weekend and were quite loud (talking, banging doors). Think they were more used to a hostel than a hotel. They ruined the vibe of the place which I'd been enjoying until then. The breakfast isn't the greatest. Not for how it's cooked, but for variety. the only option was fruit (no juice) scrambled eggs and dry toast. There are no automatic condiments (like butter, salt, pepper, marmalade). If you want those you have to ask. The breakfast was cooked well and tasty but it would have been nicer to have a bit of variety. Felt like I was getting rations at a health spa. Also felt like I was bothering the staff managing the service. The pool, while a great location, could have done with a clean. There were quite a few leaves and dead insects floating in it (which were avoidable with strategic swimming). Also, in reference to the noisy residents I wanted to contact the front desk to see if they could ask them to be quiet (it was 2am and they had wakened me) but there is no way of contacting reception which, in retrospect is quite fundamental, in case of an emergency. Be warned too there are beautiful but impractical walkways to your room. You'll have to carry your suitcase as it doesn't really wheel over stones. It isn't far but if you've any issues with the likes of that it won't be suitable.

Could have stayed another night at this peaceful and beautiful oasis. A hidden gem tucked away on the road to the beach. I travelled with my family and small dog and we were taken in by all of the details, the staff, and the messaging. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop pool refreshing. It was a last minute reservation which definitely exceeded our expectations! We will be back!

Amazing and very attentive service, excellent location. 10 minutes walking from the center, directly in front of the mall, very safe, clean and convenient place. There could be mosquitos, so the room doors should be closed very fast in order not to get unexpected visitors:))

I arrived 2 hours early. I sustained an injury one day prior and showed up in not great shape. They allowed us to check in early so I could lay down. They provided an ice pack day and night, directed my husband to a farmacia, offered advice and translation to see a doctor ( we declined). Even in the middle of the night they got the ice pack in and out of their freezer. The room was very clean and nice. (But no fridge) quiet. I did not leave the room except to retrieve ice. So I do not know about facilities. The coffee my husband brought me from the breakfast was good. They get a 10 because of their exceptionally helpful staff and willingness to help my husband take care of me. We have traveled extensively in USA. I can't think of a hotel stay where the staff wouldv'e been so caring. And especially now, given the current "every man for himself" environment in the USA.
