Mimosa Tulum Hotel & Hostel

I liked the location, the quiet tranquility of the place, the quality and cleanliness of the room, the mattress, the staff, the pool. The cleanliness of the shared bathroom

Shitty staff Staff was horrible.

Lovely little hostel/hotel in the centre of Tulum. We had a car hire and loved having a spot right outside the property. Great communal areas! Just a pity no one used them as we hoped to meet some fellow travelors . . great rooftop lounge, great little pool (was colder when we were there so no swimming this time), nice little kitchen and table space. Room was great! Two beds and a great vanity area! Great location to go exploring the cenotes from. One turn and down the main road. Nice coffee shops/breakfast places very close by. Close to the centre of the town for some great tacos and atmosphere.

Great location with lots of cafes and restaurants around the area, Cenote are not so far. Bicycles available in the hostel for rent. Clean room with water dispenser inside and huge cupboard storage. There was movie night and they offered popcorn for everyone. The owner lady was so kind and informative about anything, she guided me about nearby places and cenotes about how to reach there etc. overall experience was outstanding. Everything was good.

Place was not too social, few people, no option to cook before 1pm

We loved the Teepee room and thought it was well equipped, comfortable and clean Couldn’t accommodate us when a flight delay caused us to miss the initial night of our stay, but the owner called us to explain why it wasn’t possible, which we appreciate and shows they care deeply about guest experience

Tulum is pretty much a party town, so expect some noise at night (although the hostel is a few blocks away from most bars, so it is probably less noisy than elsewhere)

Nice hot showers, relaxing common space, quiet. I stayed in the shared hostel room, and all beds had everything needed: reading light, shelf, outlet, fan, privacy curtains. I would definitely stay here again!

It is much more than a hostel. Room was fun and very nice. Location is great and staff was always helpful. Pool is a little cold but has some nice chairs a hammock. No fridge in room.

What a wonderful place, perfectly located! I was visiting Tulum with my 6 year old daughter. We were welcomed by Sandy who was the absolute loveliest! The place is very clean, beautiful and we felt very safe. We enjoyed the pool and lounging in the sun. The vibe was chill and everyone, staff and other guests, were friendly and respectful. It was very quiet at night and we slept like babies!!! The AC worked well, nice spacious bathroom, water provided. We didnt eat on site but we did enjoy some cocktails by Miguel and Gustavo :) I will, without hesitation, return to Mimosa the next time i visit Tulum. Theres alot of very very good restaurants a short walking distance.

The staff and the vibe was amazing. They were very friendly and made me feel like I was home. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel bar was nice. Location was good, it's close to where colectivos are passing. I loved my 7 day stay, I would definitely come back and recommend it to all solo travelers.

We had a fantastic stay and everything was cleaned and conveniently close to town.

Everything was perfect. Staff was super helpful. Rooms were clean and beautiful!!? I didn't have breakfast, but they looked very yummy. I would love to stay longer, so don't think twice. Location very close to collectivo Top!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making it feel like home. The Deluxe Room was also very nice — modern, clean, and comfortable. A lovely stay overall!

Such friendly staff, great location and spacious, well-decorated rooms. Noise insulation from the room next door.

The idea of the tubes was great! Friendly staff and close to the beach, they also have a small selection of bikes you can rent for cheap. They did not honor the price I paid on booking.com and I had to pay an extra 500MXN when I arrived. I was expecting to pay 120MXN for the “government tax” but they told me 500, so they either didn’t honor my booking rate or I got scammed.

First of all very nice staff, location few minutes walk from the center but in quiet street.
