Very good

The hotel is cosy and is just a 5-10-minute walk from town. The breakfast was fine but could have had more choice (three different types of eggs) and the rooms were clean. The staff were also very friendly. The room was very small and so for two people it was a bit cramped. Also, our room was right by reception and with just a thin wooden door, you could hear everything from the reception area. Thankfully, during our stay, every one was very courteous and respectful and this wasn't a problem. Room can get very cold at night, but plenty of bedding was provided.

The staff at the hotel was amazing, going above and beyond for all needs The room where we were located was across the street, therefore you need to ask always to the person at the front desk in the other building to come across and open the main door for you, in order to access the building where our room was.

The location of the site and the renovated social areas of the central headquarters. The rooms, although well organized and clean, had a very uncomfortable bed. We stayed at both of their locations because at the first central location, I complained about the noise and additionally about fleas or mites in the mattresses. It’s unfortunate that this type of experience generates distrust in hotels. I do not recommend this place.

The room is extremely nice and looks very new. The bathroom is amazing and everything was very clean. Also, I had the best internet connection in my room out of all places i have been to in colombia. The laundry service was very quick. instant coffe and very hard beds

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. It is a small hotel but it seems like they pay attention to details. The location is from walking distance to the down town. The breakfast could be better, they could offer fruit for example. Although they were fast to help us find a banana for our son :)

Everything here was great, the room was very comfortable and pleasant, and the location is pretty good. You have to ring the doorbell to gain entry to the building.

Small, but cosy room with a foldable table. Very attentive staff. I was in the house in the other side of the street from the main building, where the parking spaces are as well. So you sometimes hear noises from cars leaving/arriving late or early.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. I stayed in a room across the street from the main hotel and it was very loud at night due to the garage door opening and the lights always turning on.
-
Modern comfortable room. Friendly staff. Cheap and fast laundry service. Garage to store our bikes. Basic breakfast. Plastic sheet on top of mattress.

The room was clean and had everything I needed for the night. I was travelling alone so I didn't mind a small room with a comfortable bed and an adaptable table. It had a parking lot included with the price which was perfect for me.

The location, the kindness of the staff, the shower, free parking just in front The WiFi wasn't stable. Being in the Boyaca capital they should propose the delicious arepa boyacense instead of bread.
